I got the help promptly and was able to resolve the problem thanks

I used Nala as a customer to send money to Kenya for a number of years but after several recent experiences I will never trust them with my money again. Repeatedly in recent months money I have sent has failed to deliver and on the most recent occasion I have been left for days with my money stuck in their processes due to some failure. They will not issue an immediate refund and I have had to chase and chase them for resolution of the issue. I still don’t understand what the cause of the issue is and am yet to get my money back. They keep sying it is ‘a one off’ but it happened to three of my transactions in a row and then they keep saying ‘it will be resolved within 48 hours’ but it’s already been much longer than that. I have been left in a very difficult cash flow situation and I will never ever use their services again and would not recommend anyone else to do so either. They have grown too big and have lost control of the quality they once delivered and cannot be trusted with your money. They have lost a once very loyal customer for good.

We use NALA for all our transfers from Europe to Tanzania, even bigger amounts work very well. Money arrives safely usually in seconds or a few minutes with the best rates you can get at the moment. Whenever we needed the support team they answered immediately and helped until the problem was solved. Highly recommended - if private or for business.

I sent money for family on Nala to my Nigerian account, they marked the transaction as completed and was expecting it in my GTB account, the money didnt show, I ended p spending 20 euros trying to contact GTB because I dont live in Nigeria only to find out the money was marked as Fraudulent by Nala (mind you I sent N200,000), I sent a message to them asking what went wrong, they said they dont know, I informed them that my bank says you marked the money as Fraudulent so it cant be released, they said they dot know how it gor marked, its been 15 days and I message them and they tell me they dont know what happed and they are still investigating. How do you not know what happended? I am very baffeled by this? Why block a money if you dont know the reason, why mark it as completed on your end and not tell me that you had an issue with the transaction? The money was needed urgently at that time, still havent gotten the money and only response I get from NALA is that they are waiting for information from thier partner, WORST money transfer experience ever. I just want them to give me my money back is all.

I previously did transactions with NALA and everything was running great but later after developing problems with identity verification the customer care team was soo quick to respond and fix the problem in time after contacting them.

Esperienza molto negativa con NALA. Ho sempre utilizzato l’app esclusivamente per normali trasferimenti personali, senza mai violare alcuna regola o ricevere segnalazioni particolari.

All’improvviso l’app ha mostrato una richiesta di verifica dell’identità (“Verify Now”), ma prima ancora di poter completare la procedura il mio account è stato chiuso definitivamente a seguito di un presunto “controllo di routine”.

Ho contattato l’assistenza clienti più volte, spiegando la situazione e offrendo immediatamente tutta la documentazione necessaria per verificare la mia identità e la regolarità delle mie transazioni. Nonostante questo, ho ricevuto soltanto risposte automatiche e generiche, senza spiegazioni concrete né la possibilità di parlare con un operatore umano che analizzasse davvero il caso.

Capisco l’importanza dei controlli di conformità nelle piattaforme finanziarie, ma ritengo scorretto chiudere un account senza permettere all’utente di completare la verifica richiesta o ottenere chiarimenti adeguati.

Dopo questa esperienza, personalmente non mi sento di consigliare il servizio.
