If you want a really easy app to use for sending money around Africa and other destination Nala is the one. Great exchange rates but the speed of the transactions are normally within a minute. They also have a great support team if you have any questions or queries.

The Nala team is the best; they reply in less than 2 minutes. I had a problem with sending money, and it showed that the money was sent, but the recipient hadn't received it yet. They helped me and even sent the refund quickly. Thank you very much to the whole team especially Sagar. I recommend this app 100%.

A Year of Trust worthiness
It's been a year transfering money with Nala and the only time there was a bug in the system Nala responded quickly with updates and when I requested a refund it was sent back to my account and when it got resolved I resent money and it arrived safely, Nala have the best prices compared to others and they are customer oriented and professional briefly... they are reliable and trustworthy.

I make a Mobil transfer to an recipient…and the person don’t receive the money
I make a Mobil transfer to an recipient number since February 10/2026 till today April 2/2026 and the has not yet received the money.they asked me to send proof of sending I provided they even went so far as to ask for my bank statement what I did. And now they are asking me to provide the beneficiary's bank statement. How can we move from mobile transfer to a bank deposit? I don’t understand
