I cancelled my subscription before the…
I cancelled my subscription before the renewal date and received a support ticket confirming my request. Despite this, my card was charged again for USD 24.99. I contacted support multiple times by email but received no response. I have now started a chargeback procedure with my bank. I hope MyTraits will resolve this by cancelling my subscription and refunding the unauthorized renewal charge.

I already cancel i got the email and everything and you guys keep on charging me how can it be a good experience it’s the worst a rip off. So the vendor is responding to write to the customer service email and they don’t respond there I have written twice already and no response. They said I didn’t unsubscribe and I have an email saying sorry to see you go. I’m lost. So is the company trying to fix the problem or not. They now sending we emails about the cancelations and never addressing the refund since I have cancel twice and no answer about the refund.

Two days later, they charged my account $24.99 without my authorization! Their customer service is non-existent: they told me to unsubscribe from an app I never even downloaded and are now ignoring my refund requests. Don’t fall for it—this platform is non-compliant and untrustworthy. Stay away!
