Never got my report, they couldn't find my email, after 24 hrs of frustration I gave up, then they sent an email saying they had found my report and sent via email, again never got it, they came through it took two days but I got my report thank you

Unfortunately this appears to be a total scam. I have unsuccessfully tried to cancel my subscription 5 times through app, website and customer support and I continue to be charged. I would proceed with extreme caution - there is no response from Mytraits to any cancellation requests, help email, or anything else.

When you unsubscribed on the portal, its not automatically cancel your plan. You need to do another cancellation upon the email. Otherwise they will charge you for every week until you really cancel it like my case.
Nothing really a premium feature added for me after the first analysis. First payment for US5 and then US24,99 per week. What a ripoff !
