Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Cannot cancel subscription via the email link they send you and when you contact them tell you that you don't have an account when you can clearly log in to it and try to cancel. Despite sending screen shots of your account and receipts of the $24.99 they keep taking every 3 days! Daylight robbery, avoid at all costs

Can not actually get the report. Cannot cancel the subscription using the cancel button as it is never active. Sent an email asking for cancellation and refund today. Waiting for more than a canned response stating the request will be reviewed.
