Used measuring guidelines to order and…
Used measuring guidelines to order and was too small because I’m 5’11. Torso is too short and can’t be adjusted. Ordered a medium and have to pay a huge return fee. Can’t even exchange because they are sold out of larges. I weigh 140lbs and am usually a US 4 or 6. Also ordered from a competitive brand and a medium fit perfectly.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience! My ski suit arrived with a rip in so I was advised to re-order and return. I ordered my second ski suit which then arrived late and sent back my original ski suit and despite tracking shows as delivered, I’m still chasing a refund for it. The ski suit itself is lovely but customer experience with this brand is very poor.

Regarding your original order, as you mentioned, there was a slight discrepancy with the stitching (not a rip) and we promptly sent you a prepaid return label so that you could return this for a refund immediately. Since you were in a rush for a replacement, we advised placing a new order (rather than waiting for an exchange) but unfortunately, there was an address issue because a house number was missing (just the road was provided), which caused a slight delay in the shipment of your replacement order.
I can see that a refund was issued on the 4th March for your original order, and we haven’t received any returns requests for the second order. However, if this is not accurate or if there's been an issue with the return process for your second order, please do reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to resolve it promptly.

The unitard is cute but didn’t fit me well and the return shipping is so expensive that it isn’t worth exchanging or returning. I wish I had known how pricey the return shipping was in advance of the purchase.

Used measurements from your site and pants are simply too small. I even sized up to a medium . The 55 pound/ $71 dollar return shipping is insane. Really disappointed and now going to be out over $300 US.

Sizing is way way off
The sizing of the ski suit I ordered was truly so far off. I’m a size 8-10 uk and ordered a size L from my Sunday ski so I could layer underneath with extra room with a comfortable fit. The size L is listed as a size 12-14 uk on their size chart and I simply could NOT get it zipped up. It was beyond tight and just impossible to make work and even if I had got it zipped up would not have been suitable to actually ski in. This was also the largest size so I didn’t have the option to size up again if I had wanted to. Not sure if this is partially due to me being tall (I’m 5’9) but it’s such a shame as it was a beautiful suit and clearly very high quality. But clearly runs about 3 sizes too small and this seems evident from the website as only the size L is sold out (which is very unusual).

Extortionate cost to return items to UK
Did not know products shipped from UK. They want over $50 shipping to return a single item which is a Large but way too small in the bust. That is almost half the cost of the item lost in shipping. They don't have a bigger size to exchange it with. Daylight robbery will never order from them again. Very upset.
Updated: In response to the company's reply, I did not say the company would benefit from the shipping costs, but if a bigger size is not available or a return is required for another reason it should be made clear that INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR RETURNS and I can guarantee you will lose most of your US business. This is NOT made clear. Ironically, I am British and was in the UK when this product was delivered to my US address. I wish it had arrived sooner and then I could have dropped it off in the UK myself.
