4,5 stars would be more fitting, however 5 would for me imply zero action taken on my side, therefore 4 on Trustpilot.

The site does as stated including the possibility of prolonged delivery.

I bought an "uncommon" Arsenal shirt on sale and it arrived about three weeks later. This was expected. No remarks on this part. As I was an international customer, I expected some additional time to elapse but it did not feel like it, and the order was quickly handled. Shipping was free. Positive stuff.

The quality of the jersey is excellent and I am very satisfied.

The downside however was relating my tracking number to Royal Mail which would not update even after more than five business days. Odd.

Contacting customer support was a pleasant experience. They replied quickly and reassured its progression on their side.

A couple of days later and still no update from Royal Mail's site, I instead attempted to broaden the search on a site that has collected most shipping companies' search engine and track the number. It turned out to being handled from China by China Post.

Why provide Royal Mail as shipment and why did customer support not refer me to the correct site?

Perhaps it is standard practice and the system has not been adjusted for international customers? I would suggest the site to streamline their transparency of the shipment to avoid anxious costumers.

Maybe telling people that jerseys (possibly) are handled in China lowers the confidence of potential customers? What are the true costs of the jerseys then? Could the asking price be contested then?

Despite these questions, the site does state that it wants to sort out the market of retro jerseys and they truly achieved that. I am happy to pay extra for this particular service.

In conclusion, I would recommend this site.

The shirt is high quality and my son loved it! Had to exchange for a bigger size and the communication was superb. Second shirt arrived today. Friendly, efficient service and a great product. What more could you ask for?

Shirt ordered was not available, however very quick rectification to get a replacement sorted and delivery within a few days. Just in time for the trip away!

Who knows what or when I’ll receive it?
Basically they take your money and order a small Chinese child to make it or starve.

Ordered Barcelona 96/97 with Ronaldo 9 on the back. Came in perfect condition. Love it. Will be ordering another one.

Ordered a football shirt for Christmas which needed to be exchanged. Process for return taken a short time to organise but now made contact for exchange to take place.

Good communication. Slight issue with delivery status but that’s because I was sent a tracking number for the wrong postal service being based in Canada.

Main issue for a 3 star was because the shirt wasn’t correct with the colouring slightly off. I know what I was getting into and perhaps easier colours to get right than this one also. I did wait to see if the company responded to my feedback but haven’t had anything since sending the photo. Overall if you get the right shirt it delivers in good time and the overall quality is good. Just a shame about my one.

Before purchasing I read through some of the reviews, and the only bad comment I would see repeatedly was how long they take to deliver. I didn’t need the jersey for any specific time so I just ordered the one I wanted. I purchased it on the 19th of December and it has arrived today the 29th of December. I don’t think 10 days is a long time. And the quality of this jersey is amazing, I’m already looking to get another one for myself, as the one I bought already is for my gf. Again really amazing quality and not as bad as people are saying on the delivery time.

I changed the rating to 5 star as my shirt arrived today and is perfect! Soon as I saw it i had to smile 😊 just so you know I ordered the Liverpool Fc 1996 away kit.

Order no #42509. I ordered a football shirt and have not received the shirt and no emails or confirmation. Really disappointed.

Ordered a Liverpool 89 away shirt on the 10th Dec and it’s just arrived today. Looks fantastic and it’s amazing quality. Before ordered the customer service team were quick to respond to a couple of queries I had and then after I ordered when I had a query on where my order was, they got back to swiftly too! Will definitely order again in the future 👍

I really wish I’d read these reviews before buying. Ordered on the 12th, no printing or anything extra required, not ‘despatched’ until the 15th… I’m still waiting and according to the tracking it still hasn’t even been received by Royal Mail… and, other than the automated PayPal info and an invoice, no communication about it taking so long… obviously it won’t be here by Christmas now.
It had better be as good a quality as these reviews state when it finally gets here but, so far, my experience with this company is beyond disappointing.

Great quality tops. My son will be over the moon with them. Delivery took slightly longer but had good communication would recommend.

I’ve ordered from here before and knew it took a while but i ordered on December 4th, 2023 and am worried it won’t be here until Christmas. It just has been stagnant in New York on my tracking since the tracking system for the states is unclear.

I placed an order on 4/12/23 and am still waiting for this order Number 41522.

Well priced and excellent quality, however, if you're ordering a Madrid/Brazil shirt, don't order a Roberto Carlos one, the shirt I received had "Carlos 3" and not "R.Carlos 3" please resolve, this is the official naming.

Ordered on the 15th November for my brothers birthday, still no sign of anything arriving and despite it being dispatched, Royal Mail still just says “we’re expecting it” on the tracking. I have tried to email for updates but have been given the same generic response back, being told to wait and it should arrive soon. Very disappointing and I would not recommend ordering from this company. I understand it says it can take up to 21 business days, however communication could be a lot better perhaps with the option to choose your delivery method to avoid such excessive delays, which is evidently a common complaint.

I’ve just received my order and am over the moon with it! Admittedly, it does take a while for orders to arrive but the company do state this at the time of ordering. My advice - if you’re concerned, drop them an email! They replied immediately and were helpful and informative. A bit of a rollercoaster of worry when Christmas is approaching but I’d definitely buy from them again.
