Is this being shipped from the Moon? Placed my order 9th of November, sender despatched 11th November. Royal Mail tracking say they haven't received it 13 days later.

This was for a going away present, purchased almost three weeks before my friend's departure. A huge let down.

EDIT: The order came two days after my friend left the country. They flagged my review as not being genuine to Trustpilot to try and get it taken down. I have provided my invoice in response.

Hi I ordered a arsenal shirt on the 11th November the money came out on the 13th but I haven’t had and emails so I was just wondering what happened to my order thank you

Said my shirt was sent out on the 6th of November to royal mail tracking say they have not received it it and its now the 20th emailed 3 times with no reply was a birthday present not pleased

Have ordered a couple of shirts from here and they are first class quality, you would never know they are not originals even down to the customisation styles! One of the shirts did not fit (my fault) and exchange was swiftly resolved. Cannot fault and will definitely be using again!

My shirt arrived after 3 weeks still didn’t receive confirmation. But on positive note it is absolutely outstanding quality and the best retro I have ever seen

The options in the shop are very good but I realised on ordering that I ordered print which I didn’t want. I have emailed and not recieved a reply yet so I’m getting nervous as it is a present. Hopefully they get back to me.

I placed my 1st order apx 2 weeks ago. I still have not received a confirmation email and am starting to worry.
Could I least have confirmation that order has been received and that it is in process? I have a very eager son wanting to know if this is going to arrive?

So all in all it's a pretty good replica for the price. I did have to wait just over 4 weeks for delivery but I ordered well in advance so not a problem.

The finish seems a little rushed as the 3 stripes on the jersey are quite scruffy.

Hi. I used your contact form to make an amendment of the customisation to my order 37246 made on 19th October. I haven't received any confirmation on whether it has been possible to change the customisation. Could you please tell me if this is possible? And how long does delivery take to England?

Update - they've replied through their email saying that they can change the customisation.

Quality of the product is really good. Part of the number on the back of the shirt came off, however I emailed them and they have given me really good customer service. They are currently in the process of sending out a replacement to rectify the issue. Would definitely recommend

The shirts are very good no complaints with the product, have made two orders. Only thing is it's a very long wait for delivery 21-28 days, but it does state that on their website. Would be a 5 star review if delivery was faster love the shirts thanks

Shop is excellent and the staff are very friendly and cooperative. There are a wide array of great kits to choose from, some of which are less expensive than kits from official stores, and I will definitely be ordering from here again. One thing about my experience was confusion regarding the delivery process, however when I reached out to their support team my issue was swiftly resolved.

Placed an order over a month ago and received a confirmation shortly after but have heard nothing since - understand that shipping may take a while but have had no communication from the company aside from the initial order confirmation despite having emailed them
