Not only that, they have gone way way above and beyond their expected service levels, where upon the top that I ordered being a size too small, they have arranged for the next size up to be sent to me, and in order to save me (their customer) the trouble and cost of returning the original top, they have simply asked me to donate it to a charity of my choice 👍🏼

They kindly agreed to send another shirt after the original one I bought didn’t fit, they also let me keep the original purchase to send to charity and/or give to someone else to save delivery fees.

I ordered a jersey from MyRetroJersey three weeks ago and was aware from their website that it could take up to 21 business days to arrive. As the days went by, I was unsure of the shipping status, so I emailed them to inquire. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and appreciated the clear communication. The jersey arrived soon after, just as promised in the email. The quality is fantastic and looks exactly like the image on their website. Overall, a great experience, and I’d happily order from them again!

I’m still waiting for my order, said it was shipped out over a week ago. Can not seem to get in touch with anyone

I was honestly impressed by the help I received from the support team! I don't live in the UK and entered an invalid address, which was notified to me once the courier was sending the item back to My Retro Jersey since they couldn't deliver. The team responded to all my emails quickly and helped me beyond what I expected. Not only did they help me solve an issue that was entirely my fault, they helped me sending a replacement item before receiving my initial item back because they knew I was in a hury. This was a christmas gift and I can't express my gratitude to the customer service team enough!! Plus, the website is incredible and so are the prices, would recommend to anyone and I will definitley buy again in the future!

Really poor communication, it seems apparent that the only way this company communicate is on here. Can you please advise on my order as ordered weeks ago and the tracking states that royal mail have not yet received the item. This is for a birthday present. Don't understand the delay as again quick to take funds but not so quick to respond to an email. .please advise

Awful communication, waiting on shirts to arrive still order 3 weeks ago Royal Mail tracking still saying that sender has dispatched the item on 21st Nov, no sign whatsoever. Will be doing a charge back on my bank because the service it just not good enough.

Bought a shirt as a gift- I liked the look and the quality. Even my wife who hates sports attire said: that looks cool

I got the wrong size, they dealt with that really quickly and easily. They reply quickly.

The postage does take as long as they suggest- but that is really clearly stated. I would recommend and would buy from again.

Ordered from here back in May time for a shirt for father's day. Ordered the wrong size contacted them to see if an exchange was possible and radio silence. So stuck with a shirt I can't use. I will not be ordering from them again.

We've been trying to get in touch with this company to return/swap a football shirt since June with no response. All we want to do is get a large instead of a medium!

Paid for an order just before christmas. An email is received explaining that it would take a month to have the jersey. I wait a month, nothing. Upon emailing a month later, they tell me that it's out of stock but would I like to wait a month. I wait another month, nothing. Upon emailing them they then ask me again to wait another month, when I explained that this was exactly the same as the last email they'd sent, they told me that i could chose between a different jersey or a refund. So essentially it took several months for this company to tell me a jersey was "out of stock" whilst they held my money. Two stars is generous.

Purchased 2002/03 AC Milan away kit.

Ordered on 21 January, arrived 19 February. Not quite Amazon Prime delivery times, but the website did advise delivery would take up to 21 business days. That's really the only negative, which I will stress, the website warned about.

The strip itself seems top quality, and to the naked eye almost impossible to tell apart from an authentic top. Re the quality of the material, I don't know as I haven't worn or washed it yet.

It is definitely recommended to get the size above your usual size, maybe even two sizes up, which again the website recommends. The top I got was XL and is a tight fit. I usually wear L.

Maybe in hindsight £40 is a little steep for a knock-off top, but the appearance is fantastic and I would recommend this site.

My brother was very pleased with his shirt for his birthday gift however I was slightly disappointed at how long the item took to be delivered. I also brought two with the plan of sending back the one that didn't fit however the website now seems to be not working. Have been attempting to check for about a week.

Shirt was perfect and good price, delivery time was around 2 weeks but apart from that it was great. Would buy from here again

I saw many negative reviews about the company,many being the long waiting times and quality,which i think is very stupid mainly because if you take the time to read it says the jerseys can take from 7-21 buisness days.Ibought 3 jerseys and they are all amazing conditing identical in quality and looks to the real thing, the package also arrived exatly as it said on the site.Brilliant and would reccomend
