When I bought the oralux there was no mention of a gel. I only figured that out when I opened the device. Now you want me to put out more money for it. This whole thing seems to be a scam. I absolutely do not recommend. A waste of $85.00. dollars is what it was.

I never give a 5 star rating unless it is 100% as advertised
It was received in a timely manner and seems to be as advertised. The devise is very easy to use and comfortable. For that it is exactly what it was advertised. I don't know yet if it will regenerate my gum loss I'm hoping it will. After using it for a month I should see an improvement. Later with longer use and time if I see an improvement in my gums then I would like to actually re-evaluate it. Thus far I would recommend it but actual regeneration is yet to be seen due to length of time used.

World Class Customer Service
This review is related to the customer service I received from Oralux, not the product itself. I received a defective device, which wouldn’t turn on. I contacted Oralux and informed them that the device wasn’t working. They thought it was because I had not charged it long enough. I told them that it had been on the charger all night and was still flashing.
I got so frustrated that I was ready to just trash the device. Unbeknownst to me, Oralux took it upon themselves to send me a new device.
I will review the device once I receive it and get to use it for a few weeks. I cannot say enough positive comments about the customer service. I am very pleased with their quick and helpful response to my questions. I especially want to give a shout out to Sophia, who helped me with this situation.
