Managed to get me an instructor same day and a test within a month which I’ve just passed 👌🏼

I am incredibly happy with my experience at myintensivecourse I made a phone call about a enquiry I had about booking a driving course and Leanne took the time to explain things clearly, politely and she also was very knowledgeable which helped me understand about the courses and everything I needed to know she helped within minutes, I would highly recommend this company.

The experience I have had with myintensivecourse specifically with Leanne has been very good. I have had responses back quicker than expected considering the busy period at the moment. Thank you for helping in every which way you can.

This company is good, they got me a driving instructor very quickly after calling but I am still waiting for a test date which I know at the moment is quite difficult to get and my lessons aren't as close together and as frequent as I would like but I'm still learning and know how to drive so overall this is a good company to go with

Scam company and con artists, I paid the £314 deposit in late December and wasn’t contacted once by the company and the only time I was able to speak to them was when I contacted them and they fob you off saying they can’t find an instructor, eventually managed to get a refund but it took close to 4 months, avoid this company at all costs

SCAM!!

Booked for my partner and paid the deposit of £314.

4 weeks went by, no instructor found BLAH BLAH BLAH.
They offered to extend or refund so we immediately said refund as I’m not paying these cowboys another pence.
They then have asked us to fill in the refund form and accounts will be in touch… pigs will fly before I get a reply so I’ve gone through the bank to get my money back under it being a scam and suprise suprise theyre also ignoring my banks chargeback requests.

If I could swear on here the air would be blue!!

My Mrs found a lovely local instructor and has cracked on with lessons, A MONTH OF OUR TIME WASTED

My experience with MyIntensive has been fantastic! I had some difficulties with my driving instructor and Nicola worked with me over the phone and email to understand what had happened, let me know about my test that was booked in and arranged a new instructor for me, all in one morning! She kept me updated throughout and was so kind and clear with what information she was sharing, I’ve noticed there are a few one star reviews here but my experience has been nothing but fantastic and easy to use, thank you Nicole!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Quite possibly the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced, wish i could have given it a zero start. Please do NOT use this company they are refusing to give my money back after having the WORST experience with an instructor who unrinat*d behind the car when we was two minutes away from public toilets he could have used. He was not a fit driving instructor with many medical conditions. He also shouted at me multiple times which got me very upset and made me cry which is totally unacceptable for a 17 year old girl. The company have been absolutely awful saying they have found me a new instructor would be in touch with me which was a complete lie as this was said around 3 weeks ago and i’ve heard absolutely NOTHING!!!!

Our baby will be walking way before I get a test date from these cowboys, major let down and a financial hit, poor communication, and it feels like a lack of effort to get me on the road tbh

The driving instructor is brilliant. But, the company is absolutely dreadful. My daughter has been registered with them for over a year, and she still hasn't got a test date. Communication is rubbish. We have no idea what's going. We used to get random meaningless text messages. Now we don't even get them. Even our intructor doesn't know what's going on. Do NOT use these people.
