Do not book with these people. They won't respond to you, they won't give you a refund when you have a justifiable reason and they are not vetted by anyone that can help you. I'm verging on taking them to court now, it's been nearly a year and they've been useless. I reckon it's a scam, it's been going on for so long. DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS!!!!

Scam. Relevent authorities have been advised after trying again and again to get somewhere with just the company, after being laughed at on the phone and having emails ignored for weeks. They are now building a case based on all of these reviews and my experience with the company. This business will be held accountable for false advertisement, withholding money, not releasing funds in accordance with their own timeline and for misleading the public. Lies about time frames, zero communication and overall a useless business. Meanwhile I bet the owner is enjoying all of our hard earned money, let's see how Mark Elliot feels about the authorities shutting this joke of a business down and paying millions in compensation. Or.... You could just you know, reply to customers and book their tests? I know which one I'd rather do it it were my business.

This is indeed a scam. Booked a course nearly a year ago only had 1 point of contact. These people have booked a test without my knowledge not even notifying me of where or when my test is.. so now we have asked for a refund this is also stopping me for booking a test personally as 1 somewhere out there is already booked... they are now keeping half my money on request of a refund stating its in terms and conditions blah blah even though they withheld their side of the contract, not even 1 lesson taken!

And u asked me to pay £511 more when I only asked for 6 hours of lessons no more and ive already paid my test fee i even said i was happy to pay an extra £100 on top of what ive already paid . And you have NEVER tried to contact me NOT ONCE. and as for the company no longer existing what you did was changed the name to scam more people. And as for your 6 month exprie it was you as a company that took longer than 6 month to get back to me from my payment. I want my whole payment back i don't want to have to pay you another £511 and get scammed. You haven't offered to help u offered to scam me again and absolutely no I will continue and continue untill I either receive 6 hours driving lessons and an instructor for my test or my money back. It's disgusting what your doing there's many reviwes that your a scam so why try and bullsh*t your way out of it, I can prove that most of my emails sent have all been ignored and that the phone dosnt get answered if you choose option 2(you already have a corse with you) only if you choose option1 thats looking at sending you money. Your trying to justify scamming people and its just not justifiable.

I had left a previous 5 star review on this company but I did so prematurely! After waiting weeks for my test date after my course had finished, I had finally received a test date. My instructor then refused to take me for my test unless I had more lessons with him ( meaning paying extra on the side at £35ph) i could not afford this and after paying over £700 for a 12hour course plus test. I only received 9 hours of actual lessons and then refused to be taken to my test ! Disgusting company, no comunicatuon. I am now having to move my date to the only one available... 6 months from now and go with a private instructor. I have lost so much money to this awful comapny and they actually laugh at you in the phone when you call up for help. Shocked and appaled!

I spoke to a lady named Holly, she was incredibly helpful and made the conversation a pleasant experience. I asked advice and some information in regards to my course and she went above and beyond to help me. Very happy with my outcome.

I just started the process with My Intensive Course and they are quick to respond and have supported me with everything I need so far.

Please do not bother trying to pass with this company. They rant on about fast pass and charge you extra expense for this and then leave you for months. I waiting over 5 months for just a driving instructor to be allocated to me. I only had 5 hours with her, she could give me 1 hour of her time every two weeks, pathetic. She was such a bad instructor that I only used two hours with her and wasted the rest - I would rather do that then be stuck in a car with her. Even booking a test took over two months. As they say they will give you your money back if they don’t reach their own timelines - I haven’t had a bloody penny back. Honestly save yourself time, money and hassle and stay away from this company.

Unfortunately leaving a 1 star review is too high for this company.

When calling through to the company they state they only provide the best qualified driving instructors.

How ever they do seem to provide you with people who are completely incompetent.

I have booked my “intensive course” over a year ago now. Have not been able to complete my test due to the “qualified driving instructors” constantly cancelling lessons within an hour of the lesson.

If I would have gone with a stand alone driving instructor and cancelled the lesson within an hour before the lesson I would have been charged so why does this not seem to work the other way around ?

When I first raised a complaint to this company March 2024 I got an apology. Then countless complaints later I am still getting the same.. when asking for a full refund as what I have purchased has not been given and am being told that is not possible as we are unable to identify the hours I have used as both myself and the driving instructor have not made note.

For one, I didn’t expect to have to do the driving instructors job and note down my hours. But secondly as we are unable to identify how many hours I have complete I am unable to get a refund of any sort so I am effectively being told that nothing can be done and to move on.

What a waste of time & money this has been then.
I wish I could review this company as 0 stars out of 5 because they do not even deserve a 1 star review.

I would avoid like the plague having experienced what I have.

If you go with another company and they charge you double I would suggest paying the extra as at least you would have a chance getting somewhere.

Daughter and partner booked partner wanted automatic driving they couldn't find him an instructor they have said they are giving him a refund but still got his money December they said he can get a refund now nearly February
Daughter got an instructor back in November test booked for February promised they would change if earlier slot come up but the instructor giving her 1 lesson a week if that as keeps cancelling she now has 2 weeks till test and still 20 hours to do and cancelled another lesson this morning!!

I spoke to Nicole as I was unsure which email I was trying to find for which she spoke me threw it and was able to see to the problem couldn't of gone any better to be honest

I've booked my course in October, the first date that I could start was 5th of November, ive payed £290 deposit . When the 5th came round , I had to ask what's was going on . Took forever to contact me back . The told me I had to wait 4 weeks from that date. After 4 weeks , I had to contact them again and they told me there is a massive delay. Obviously I wasn't happy , so I asked for my refund. I didn't understand the refund process, I filled the form in and wouldn't sent. So I phoned the company and this horrible rude man , wouldn't help me to fill the form in, so I asked to speak to the manager who was willing to help me in the end. I filled my form and send it , they took a week just to say I was successful for my refund , should be in my bank since 20th of December. On the 21st I messaged them and they promised it would be in my bank at 10pm. 22nd was the weekend , I messaged every day and ignored every message. Of course it was Christmas time which I understand. So on the 3rd of December I phoned the company, and they promised that refund will be in at 10 pm , and still haven't had it. This is the worst company ever. You should be closed down. Waisted 4 month of my time when I could of gone somewhere else. Very rude people.

Total scam. After 3 months of no allocated instructor they finally agreed to refund my deposit, but a month later haven't paid it back even though I've chased them multiple times. I'll have to go through my credit card provider to request a refund and state this company is scamming people.

This vile company takes your money and then delays as long as possible so if you get fed up waiting and hearing their excuses about test date booking being so busy, they will deliberately withold your money and only agree to refund after taking an extortionate cut, AFTER forcing you to fill out a refund form that railroads you into selecting their designated options followed by ticking and "I understand" box that makes you forfeit your right to the full amount of your refund.

Scam company. Avoid at all costs.

I advise finding a known local instructor and arranging lessons with them. Book a test yourself and then work towards it. These RATS are sifting off your money in exchange for simply being a very unprofessional middle man.

This compagny is not organised at all.
I PAID £337 ( Three hundred and thirtyseven pounds), knowing that I can get the best dupport I need but I am very disappointed.
They use only £23 to pay my theory test and send to me only two paper simple and 3 hard copies .
After passing my theory test , I myself I informed them and for less of one week, the compagny chnge my instructor. For this incident I decided to cancelled my contract. The last instructor did with me only two hour and I paid my instructor cash £80.
When I asked for refund , and sending them sevrral emails. I decided to call the today. The compagny decide not to refund my £394 balance.
This compagny is not serious.
