I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me not select any...this company do not deliver what they advertise and the team in the office have zero customer service skills I have been waiting for a manager to call me back for well over a week in regards to there absolutely disgusting service and me wanting a refund and have still not heard back. They are quick to take your payment but not quick to deal with problems the office staff and instructor are completely unprofessional and I would steer well clear complete scammers!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY, SCAMMERS! I wish I read the reviews before paying over £1500 for a 30hr intensive course. They have not delivered with the service sold to me and I’ve asked for a refund.
I only had a 2hrs lesson with an instructor that would stop burping in my face!!! I tried to open the windows and he closed them back!!!!

I’ve complained to the company and they said they would allocate another driver and that the driver would contact me and they have failed to do so.

I’m contacting Trading standards and the legal Ombudsman to get this resolved and MY MONEY BACK!

Sion was very friendly and explained everything clearly. The service was quick and easy. Forms were user friendly!

This is not an intensive course! It's not any kind of course.

Avoid this place at ALL costs. My partner has had the worst experience. Not only is there lack of communication but their driving instructor was rude, aggressive and cancelled all 7 lessons last minute leaving my partner with 5 days till his test only having done 1 hour of actual driving.

We're £460 down alongside work that he has missed due to booking in lessons that his instructor never actually did.

This company should be shut down, they sell you a dream and leave you with nothing.

Absolute robbers. Dishonest. Do not deliver what they promised. I cancelled the booking I had so they said they can book me an earlier date. It's been three months, nothing has happened. Now they do not answer my calls or messages. I have all records to back my record.
My instructor Jane, who they assigned with me said she finds it extremely difficult to work with them (MIC). I will also contact DVLA and share my experience with evidence with them. These guys needs to be stopped.

Dishonest, not got an earlier test, got one 3 months later than the one we cancelled to go with this company. Not helpful on the phone, shambles, robbers - do not be fooled by this company.

No stars. They are a rapist company. I paid £1400 for 30 hours. Had 4 hours and the Asian instructor said he was a Science teacher at a Rotherham school. He kept cancelling. I paid for 30 hours and had 4. I contacted Idris and he threatened me with violence when I asked for my money back.
Do not use My Intensive course and certainly do not use a Pakistani b.loke called Iddis

This has got to be the worst company I have ever used. It has taken me almost a year to complete my driving course due to the lack of communication from the company and the incompetent instructor given to me. If you want to use a company that ignores your emails, have an instructor that refuses to finish the hours that you have paid for, or an "intensive-fast-paced course" that takes 9 months to do then this is the right driving company for you! This company has been shambolic from the start. The instructor I had was terrible at communicating when are lessons were or would constantly change them up until right before my test. His excuses were that he did not have a car or was too busy for our lesson. Sometimes he had no excuse and would just ignore my message for days! Both the company and my instructor were aware that I was a student travelling from university to home to be able to do these lessons, yet my instructor still cancelled lessons that I had travelled down for. I had given the company dates of when I could do the lessons and a test, but I received no updates on when I would get a test after months of waiting. I had to contact them eventually, where I was either ignored or told they were trying to get me a test and I would hear back soon. Use other companies don’t bother with this one, nothing about my lessons I had here was intensive. The company itself is really unhelpful and unprofessional when I explained my concerns about my driving instructor. They said I would have to reach out to him to get a refund for the hours I did not do and they could not help me with that, even though I made a contract with them. I do not recommend this company at all. Luckily I passed my test so I NEVER have to use them again. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY

This company doesn’t Not even deserve a tiny teeny half start…I’m writing this to inform learners the instructor I had from this company(my intensive course from Birmingham 1Jistcourt House Llewellyns Quay Port Talbot SA13 1RF) she is SO TOXIC possibly racist and very bad mannered, during lessons I had with her most of times she was bad tempered with unnecessary and ununderstandable anger, kept shouting,insulting me,she used to snap her fingers while teaching me reverse in the bay(This is absolutely so rude!) for any mistake I made during lessons she always said this is FAIL!(this is not needed when teaching a learner) no encouraging words just over reacting, she used to Not explain me what we were going to do during lessons but only shouting…for my very first time she took me on dual carriageway I wasn’t aware of how it works she didn’t explain me this either but she only TERRIBLY SHOUTED at me and on the top of that she frightened me IF YOU CARRY ON OVER SPEEDING AND I GET A PENALTY I WILL TELL THEM TO PUT IT ON YOUR FULL LICENSE BECAUSE YOU ARE THE ONE WHO’S DRIVING AND NOT ME! That day I was SO extremely upset ! But how can she treats a learner like that ??! She once insulted me f***! I reported all about her to this company, one of their colleagues told me that doesn’t understand what I meant with this word ,that Carol is a fully qualified and approved by the DVSA I said being fully qualified doesn’t mean or will never mean she should be so rude and bad mannered we are both adults she should more explain me and I would understand but NOt make me feel like a failure and decrease my confidence,I asked them if they could get me an other instructor they made me wait for 4good weeks and ended up with NO new instructor and I struggled to get an other instructor from elsewhere.After completing 30hours she said I wasn’t ready, without me saying nothing yet she shouted I’m not after your money!! How can she be so rude like this??! After paying her privately a pack of 10hours she promised me she will give me a discount and she never did it !! It is a lot to say about this carol, few minutes before my test she really frustrated and humiliated me…after failing the test she shouted terribly at the examiner in an unexplainable high angerthat “I knew she wouldn’t pass i didn’t want to take her to the test she should go with her car so it can be smashed !! “ if she really didn’t want to take me to the test she should tell me and not just keep taking my money and she is also selfish!! It really absolutely did Not make sense why she was like that with me and this company kept being blinded by her fully qualification.

This company in my experience did not offer intensive courses in reality the lessons took a long time to access, we received poor customer care they booked a test the instructor could not facilitate and they offered no assistance or resolution

Had to cancel my booking due to being made redundant at work and was told by one of the workers I was entitled to a refund which I never received!
Filled out numerous forms in order to get this refund but never heard back!!!

My experience with My Intensive Course was an absolute nightmare. Communication was terrible throughout, and my instructor disappeared for over three months with no updates at all. The training was disorganized and completely unprofessional—nothing like what was promised. I spent over a year with this company, and I’m still nowhere near ready to pass my test. After all that time and stress, I only got £290 back out of the £1250 I paid. They wasted my time, my money, and completely failed to deliver. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
