I ordered the wrong size and got in touch with you and explained to you team who exchanged them no problem they were very helpful .

I haven't seen any difference or improvement. I am using just as directed.

Originally had some issues and questions with sizes customer service was always fast and exchanged my pants at no cost helping me figure out the perfect fit

The Innovo product works great for me and has given me a lot of confidence. There is no question it stregthens the pelvic floor, and with consistent use, the urge to urinate is much less and the control is much more. I use the first generation product that wraps around each leg rather than the shorts, that works best for me.

This product has been a game changer for me. I had a great deal of improvement during the treatment phase and have continued using it once a week for maintenance. The customer service people have been helpful and responsive, as well. I highly recommend this product!!

Innovo shorts have made a very positive difference to my life. After several unsuccessful operations to correct a prolapse some years ago since using Innovo shorts I have been able to live my life without the constant feeling of discomfort and pressure. The customer care team are excellent, always helpful and eager to resolve any problems.

I love the products as they have helped me tremendously. The only thing is why no more phone calls? I really don't like going through email!

The staff responded to my emails. The staff also updated me when my needed gel pads were available. They were of tremendous help.

I don’t know what has happened to customer service at this company. It used to be excellent but it’s now almost impossible to get a reply from them.
I have a non working kit and they have completely failed to solve my problem.
I have given up on them and ordered another firm’s device. I am angry about the amount of time and money I have wasted with Innovo.

WAY too long to receive product pads.

The website has a link to what is described, "contact us."
I sent numerous messages, following the programmed format. Never did I receive a reply.
I understand the company is now owned and being operated out of the US.
That could explain everything.
It is tragic when a good product falls in the hands of bad management.

I JUST SENT A RESPONSE FOR ANOTHER ITEM - SAME FOR THIS ONE.

I’ve been using Innovo for a while now. I’m on my 3rd pair of shorts. It works very well for me.
I no longer have to worry when I sneeze or run!

I purchased the set an it was not working properly then stopped working altogether after wearing the shorts 10 times. I really felt that this program works but when I tried to replace the product (within 30 days) I never received a reply or return label. I reached out to customer service via email 9 times (there is no number to call).
I am out over $500 for a product that doesn't work.
