Had a very positive return phone call that handled everything professionally

Depuis que j’ai acheté ce produit je n’arrive pas à le faire fonctionner. On m’a envoyé un shorty de taille inférieur mais qu neni il ne fonctionne pas non plus. Il est vrai que sur les cuisses il est encore un peu large, mais pas sur le ventre. Une taille encore au dessous? Je crains que je ne puisse rentrer mon ventre. Que faire? Ce problème dure depuis plusieurs mois. Et depuis très peu les échanges ne se font qu’en anglais. J’ai 83 ans et je ne connais pas cette langue. Vous voyez le problème? Comment cela peut il être résolu? J’attends une réponse qui n’arrive pas. Je croyais que les vendeurs à l’etranger devaient nous fournir des explications en français. Car en ce moment c’est un dialogue de sourd qui s’est installé. Et je vois qu’il y a beaucoup de personnes mécontentes de cet article. J’espere avoir une réponse en français.

Shorty acheté en juillet qui ne fonctionne pas, il a été renvoyé et j attends le remplacement… je suis catastrophée du manque de sérieux de cette société.
Attention si vous envisagez cet achat.. vous êtes prévenus

SAV déplorable: en anglais, et il faut renvoyer l'article à ses frais, aux US!! Alors qu'il n'a tenu que 1 mois

The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot my issue. I am disappointed that I had to pay for a new set of shorts. I did receive a discount. However, spending $500 out of pocket initially and then another $175 two years later because the electrodes stopped functioning is more than many women can afford. You need to work with insurance companies to get the cost of the equipment covered. It is less than the prescription medication I was on previously and more convenient than weekly therapy at my doctor’s office although the cost of both of those were covered by insurance.

I've sent two emails through the Innovo website using the contact us form and have not received any replies so far.

Excessive time to respond and to process a request.
Otherwise, they are kind.

Also, I suspect Innovo company has not addressed the problems that appear while using the shorts: electrodes easily go off and there is nothing to do, other than return and request a replacement.

Spent a lot of money and had a lot of problems with the connection. Was sent other shorts in the end but not much better. Using them was often painful. I’m really upset I wasted my money

These worked really well until they didn't. If you use these shorts and they work for you, you must plan on replacing your shorts every 6 weeks or so. They stretch out so bad that the connection gets lost between your skin and the electrodes. It is already expensive enough without out a constant replacement of shorts. The first pair lasted 3 months. The second pair ( new and improved they said) lasted 3 weeks. Frustrating because they were improving my bladder strength. Horrible customer service as well.

INNOVO is incredible! This product has allowed me to enjoy life without constantly worrying about leaks. I no longer need to carry extra panties every time I leave the house. Now, I can chase after my kids, laugh at jokes, and even play pickleball with my husband—all without the fear of leaking.

This has helped me so much postpartum and regaining confidence in public. Incontinence has definitely been an issue with me after giving birth and this has helped strengthen my pelvic floor so I’m no longer leaking as bad as I used to. It’s definitely worth the money and it’s great for postpartum moms!

Just like my other purchases of the shorts didn’t last long only 6 days. Threw them in the trash. Number 3 didn’t work after 6 times. It made a sound like it had shorted out. So I’m not trying anymore nerve wracking.

I love your product! I've been using Innovo for about two years and it's easy to use and incredibly effective. Thank you for that!

It took me TWO MONTHS and multiple interactions with your customer service agents to order my most recent replacement gel pads. I repeatedly got an error message that Innovo couldn't ship the pads to my mailing address, even though it's the same mailing address you've been shipping to for the past two years.

The customer service agent explained that you were having difficulties with your online ordering feature on the website, but really -- two months to fix a website error? We finally had to use a workaround to place the order.

I do love your product and I know it isn't the customer service agent's fault that your website isn't working. I hope you'll fix this error soon, as I'll want to order more gel pads in the future.

I purchased a unit in 2022 . The customer service is horrible. I the unit was not charging so I contacted customer service and they told me that I needed a new battery. I ordered a new battery it arrived and the unit still did not charge . Spoke with a customer service rep , I asked to speak with a supervisor. The rep told me that she needed to reach a tech. and that a supervisor would contact me ASAP. A week went by no contact from anyone from the company . I called again and was told they had to speak with Tech. I told the rep how frustrated I was . I was told that a supervisor would call me , several days have passed and nobody has contacted me.
Sadly I still have a unit that Does Not Work!!!
this is no way to treat customers.

I bought this product and the electrode panels in the shorts had a malfunction. They did send replacement shorts only to have the same issue. This does not work because of the electrode panel malfunction and they have refused to give me a refund. The customer service is terrible. It took a month for me to get the replacement shorts. Most of the time no one answers their customer service phone and when you leave a message there is no call back. Beware!!!

I bought a complete kit. I love the results. These shorts do work. Unfortunately,my shorts got a bad connection and I had to get new ones. I got shocked every time I tried to use them. I had a lot of trouble getting anyone. Finally I did, I got my new shorts and I’m back to,not leaking.

My customer service chat agent was knowledgeable about the product and the available options. The downside of connecting using the online chat feature is the initial chat with robot suggestions until enough tries trying to find the correct wording to express the issue I had to get transferred to an actual human. Having a menu of questions the robot could help with would be nicer and get moved faster. Unfortunately, the only resolution available was to return the product. I was getting good results with it, but I was experiencing some itching from the spray and/or the electrodes. I wish there were another option to try to overcome my issue before stopping the use of my INNOVO shorts, which were giving me marked improvement in pelvic floor muscle tone. However, I do understand to protect the product and prevent issues with it as quickly as possible

I really appreciate the offer to get my money refunded without more questions. I have received the email with return instructions and a postage-paid label to print.
