The shear value of the Mystery Box AED is amazing! The AED I received is worth significantly more than what I paid. It is, of course, used but in perfect condition (like new) and came with new adult pads and a new battery. It took several weeks to arrive and but was worth the wait!

So I understand that they are going through a system change currently and I knew that my shipment was going to be delayed. However, knowing that I was still unsure of my actual package delivery date. I contacted the company and was met with a wonderful young lady. I explained my predicament in that I was going on vacation and I was concerned about the package getting stolen. I also explained that I am not some huge corporate client. I am simply a Good Samaritan trying to do good things for people. The young lady understood and she put in a request to have my package delivered by the date that I was supposed to leave for vacation. That was yesterday....... Today I got a notification that my package had been sent. What a fantastic company and awesome customer service and as long as I can get the company I work for on board I will definitely be coming back to them for many more purchases and that will definitely be recommending them to others.

Please notify straightaway when order would be delayed
I would have expected that if a delay in shipping for my AED replacement pads was necessary, they would have said so straightaway. As it was, I had to email and ask.

Called and asked to expedite shipment and was given the option to cancel because shipments were delayed. The shipment arrived on time. Maybe a little earlier than expected. Great customer service.
