I appreciate being able to do this treatment at home on my own schedule! I am seeing improvement now that I got shorts the right size. I had to get a few pair replaced after error messages, but the company was very good about sending me replacements.

Not only has it helped my stress incontience but continues to help with back pain.

I ordered my first pair of INNOVO shorts back in April. After just a few times using them (correctly, by the way), they stopped working. After jumping through all of the seller's hoops and returning the shorts, the seller sent me a second pair several weeks later (which is why I gave two stars instead of just one). However, the second pair also stopped working after using them just a few times (correctly). What's the deal? My husband told me not to bother trying to get the second pair replaced because of all the stress doing it the first time. So, I just took the multi-hundred dollar loss. So disappointed. These shorts could have been a great help.

I use the wrap and needed new pads. The order came quickly, and the cost is very reasonable. I am trying to stay "at it" and do my 5x per week. It's a commitment, but after 2 weeks I already see improvements.

My Innovo shorts worked for 35 sessions and then would not. The error message saying various electrodes Not working.
I contacted Innovo, they told me to use more spray, check connectivity. Eventually, after I bought more conductive spray and a lot of emails, I had to return my shorts and once Innovo had received them and checked them, they sent me another pair. Obviously, I had missed a month of Innovo sesssions. The second pair of shorts worked for 2 sessions and then same “error “ messages. After more tedious emails I had to send back. This time Innovo sent me 2 leg wraps, cos they said I was between sizes, this would be a better fit for me.
My husband had brain haemorrhage and life interfered and so I only got 2leg wraps out this month. I had noticed a deterioration,eg losing wee when sneezing or laughing or coughing. I realised that although I had only done those 35 sessions they had really improved my stress incontinence.
Now after 6 sessions, these ‘new’ leg wraps , which are really difficult to put on correctly, are starting to say;” error electrode”. I am dreading having to go through all the time consuming emailing, postage , cost, waiting for replacements etc and no guarantee that it won’t go wrong again in a couple of months.
Innovo is expensive and having investigated other methods to improve stress incontinence , I know that you have to maintain. So you will have to use Innovo maybe yearly.

There was an issue with the shorts and replacement at no cost was easy. I received a mailing label to return the defective ones and received a new pair quickly.

Sorry for rating, It was not the battery! I am just so frustrated. I used it for about 12 times and it worked fine, then I tried to use it and it did NOT work! I tried several times to make it work. Then it sat in my closest for several months, then got it out again and decided to order a battery. It really did help my problem and now I am having problems again and wanted to use it, and battery didn't fix it. It is worthless in my closet! Can I just mail it all back and ya'll figure out what is wrong?
