Excellent customer service - went above and beyond to help achieve our perfect gift.

This chinese company is a scam. Fake site, no products to deliver. They write their own positive reviews.
If you order something, they will send you a routing number, but it is not being delivered to you, it is going to a fake address. 100% fraud.

The response from the company is false.
I verified my address with them numerous times on their "customer service" chat, so it isn't like they aren't aware of the correct shipping address. The package sent by this company was deliberately and purposefully sent to an incorrect address to generate a real tracking number. However, upon trying to verify the shipping with the USPS, it became obvious that it was a scam.
The item was sent to the wrong address on purpose. Myfacesocks has never had the intention of mailing my order to me. The weight was verified by the USPS as being less that 9 ounces total. If it were truly my order, it would weigh at least 12. It was verified as being a letter size parcel. Unless, the items are made for dolls, the item they sent, could not possibly fit. So, in summation, despite the response to the contrary, despite a myfacesocks having a "caring and service related" response, the facts do not add up. The facts to add up to a scam though.
UPDATE: The post office identified the item sent by myfacesocks as having counterfeit postage.

Awful quality. Blurry and hard to see. Extremely disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

I haven’t received my product yet so my review is only regarding the ordering process and customer service. I chose an expedited shipping option to ensure that my product would arrive in time for Christmas but now my tracking info shows an estimated delivery date of Christmas Day. I also noticed once my order was completed, they had added back in additional charges such as VIP and insurance which I had already declined earlier in the ordering process. I used the chat function to request a refund for the additional expedited shipping expense and the fees that had already been declined. Despite the fact that they still have my credit card information on file, they are citing that they are unable to refund those expenses since the order has already shipped. They also noted that there is an additional 3-5 day processing time on top of the estimated shipping time that is not noted in the ordering process. I won’t do business with this company again. I’ve used another company for a similar product and it was a big mistake to not stick with them this time.

The level of Customer Service was excellent! I would definitely recommend them.

Waiting for my products to come more than two weeks. They were apologetic and said to give me 10% of the total charge credit back for the delay when I reached out to customer sevice. I have not given the credit. They quit talking to me once I said I wanted to cancel the order.

I got the groomsmen socks with the grooms face and the groom socks with the brides face. They were a hit! Until the guys went to put them on. They all complained about how they had to muscle their way into the socks. I ordered Large and all the guys were under a size 13, but they were very snug. Otherwise they were adorable and the pictures came out perfect.

We love the socks! They will bring lots of laughter to our Christmas morning! Thank you!

After ordering 2 shirts for Christmas for a present i ordered a 3xl as my husband had ordered from here for his work shirt so i knew they would fit, I received a completely different size shirt mine will not fit more of a XL.
1 of the shirts I canceled because after 5 emails they still weren’t listening to what i was wanting.
I kept 1 of them the quality is horrendous the size is ridiculous so not only will it not fit but i can even have it as a decoration because the Quality is poor.
After expressing my problem and sending photos of the 2 different shirts next to each other as i am more frustrated with the size difference i got offered a 10% discount on my next order i said i was not satisfied with that outcome and had no response since.
Like i am ever shopping here again.

Honestly, I have nothing to say except that I am extremely satisfied with my experience on My Face Bobbleheads.
I ordered 10 dolls for Christmas and everything went well: order, payment, production, delivery, customer service, etc...
I really recommend them and the dolls are a really nice and original present.

Scam. Do not buy from them.
Seller sends fake shipping information from within the US. Then I get another message stating item will be late because it is stuck in customs because it is shipped from China. My items will be late if they ever do arrive. There are a bunch of fake 5 star reviews for the company. After looking into this company I wish I never ordered from them. My experience is like all other 1 star reviews… Bad!
