Received this item(Personl music song plaque) and after 1 week the picture surface has started to come apart from the frame.

I contacted customer service about this and sent an image of the issue but I have had no reply.

The quality and product was both great and but what stood out the most was the customer service. My ordered picture was not that accurate, so upon reaching out they got back to me immediately and helped get a new one created. The new picture is PERFECT and they helped make this process smooth and easy. Will absolutely recommend this product and company.

My little vending machine came out perfect! I honestly didn't expect it to turn out so good at such a cheap price. I had to message them with a question and the response time is amazing. I definitely recommend and will 100% order again.

I received a wrong product and lost hope about getting either a new product or refund, but the customer support team was so supportive throughout the process. I received the perfect new product after a month

There was an issue with my order, they responded promptly and appropriately. Offering a full replacement of a customized item immediately. Even going so far as to provide a new proof and stayed in contact through the entire process. Also the quality of the sweater I received was top tier. The design turned out so cute (matched the proof perfectly) and the fabric is super soft without being too thick.

Pésimo servicio, ordené mi paquete, un mes antes y domingo 8 de marzo, recibo mi paquete después de qué yo lo pedí antes del 14 de febrero lo quería para el regalo para mi novio me doy cuenta cuando abro mi paquete que ni siquiera fue lo que yo pedí e incluso la foto que yo mandé para que me la hicieran en caricatura y me la pusieran bordada en el suéter no es igual y los colores están horribles, me doy cuenta también que la etiqueta del suéter fue arrancada y ni siquiera se dieron la tarea de quitarla bien está súper feo, el paquete muy mala, la calidad del suéter y el precio súper caro. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto y quiero un reembolso

The communication has been great. I was not happy to only be receiving $16 refund and did state that. After that it has been satisfying to see my original order to being completed. I am looking forward to giving these items as birthday gifts

Do not order from this company. If you have ordered from this company, request a chargeback from your bank to recover your funds. I have never received my order. They are a total waste of time.

Very unsatisfied with delivery process. DON’T PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING because i paid for it and got my item in 35 days! And above the delivery fees i had to pay additionally customs fees and delivery fees in my country!

I ordered a picture visor clip however, when it came in the product was absolutely horrible. I couldn't see the picture underneath the plastic that held the picture to the visor. It was cheap and poorly made. The picture was a flimsy piece of paper. They over charged me and actually added a tip to my order after I placed my order. They offered free shipping however, took it off my order after I submitted it. I noticed these charges when they sent my invoice. I tried reaching out via email with no luck. I'm pretty sure it was AI or computer generated responses as they never answered my questions. I asked for contact information for a manager or someone else who could help, but they refused to provide any information. I wished I read the reviews before I purchased from this website.

Edit: This is the same exact response given by email, FB messenger and now, this review. It's a copy and paste probably from AI or an automated response. No real answers or resolution. Again, this site appears to be a scam.

The product arrived on time. It was personalized with our wedding photo. It is amazing. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to surprise the beloved ones.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. It was delivered to a house and I live in apartment building. I sent the photos in like I was asked and they told me that it could be at a neighbors house. Instead of helping they have been giving me the run around for weeks. I have not received a helping response nor phone call
