Habe eine Flip-Fotobox bestellt. Diese sieht total stümperhaft zusammengebaut aus. Die Fotos nur zerschnitten reingeklemmt. Das Kabel der Beleuchtung im Rahmen angeklebt, alles sichtbar. Ich hatte extra per Express bestellt, Versand hat trotzdem lange gedauert. Kam nicht zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt an. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend und dazu noch viel zu teuer. Kann ich überhaupt nicht empfehlen!!!

I received the item, but the photo frame is damaged. Two of the photos are badly positioned, and there are black glue marks all over the white canvas. Because of this, the product looks defective and not as expected.

I would like to request a full refund for this item.

Habe einen 3d Schlüsselanhänger bestellt.
Es gibt keine Eingangsbestätigung. Die Lieferung hat fast 4 Wochen gedauert, obwohl 5-8 Werktage drinstehen. Eine Mail auf meine Anfrage habe ich nicht erhalten.

Der gelieferte Artikel ist keinen Euro wert, wirklich richtig schlecht gemacht.Er ist nicht in 3 D, sondern 2 D und auch das Gesicht entspricht in keiner Weise dem Foto.

Absolutely don't order!!! I order out of the US all the time and this has to be the most irritating and frustrating experience I have ever had to deal with!!!!! Made a order for V-day. Got a notification after 6 days saying the item was out of stock and would be in stock in 3-5 business days It has now been 12 business days and they still can't tell me when they will come in and when my order will be complete and shipped. I even paid for express shipping and production.

Product arrived late and damaged. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone. I am still waiting. In the future I will first try to contact seller before buying.

Den personalisierten Artikel den ich bestellt habe, habe ich bis jetzt immer noch nicht. Angabe der Lieferzeit waren 8 bis 10 Tage. Mittlerweile warte ich 15 Tage. Ist für mich persönlich ein schlechter Service, wenn man dann auch von dieser Verspätung nichts erfährt. Da kann man wenigstens gleich bei Bestelleingang ein Mitteilung verschicken, dass es sich durch Punkt A oder Punkt B verzögert. Leider kam sowas nicht.
