The quality of this 't shirt' was terrible. Wasn't cotton t shirt material but a weird non breathable fabric. Images were great though. Sad about the quality.

I saw these products on instagram and was worried about ordering since I have been scammed in the past; I am SO glad I took the chance and ordered one of their custom pillows. It was the perfect gift for a friend! Easy to order, received status updated via email, the pillow was exactly as described, very good quality material and sooo comfy! Will order another one from them!

They were fantastic. The shirts came out wonderfully, the staff was amazing, and the delivery time was excellent. It was a superb experience.
I had an issue and they were quick to respond and resolved the issue.

My order has been stuck in customs in China. I've been waiting all together 45 days since I placed the order initially. I paid $37.88 total for my order of three socks with faces. The company also added on a VIP charge I never asked for of $3.99. I did receive socks with face images that were too dark and looked very poor. I asked for a refund but was told no, that it was my photo that was the issue and not a defect with their company and I was offered 20% refund on my order. I said no. Then, they offered me $12.95. I said no and that I'd send a new photo that I could edit myself and it was lighter and they could redo my socks for free. They said they would and sent a mockup I approved of. Now I'm waiting and my order has been in customs for inspection for 30 days now.......

Everything came on time, and was don well, but what they don't tell you is that they ship from China which means it incurrs insane customs fees that have to be paid by the CUSTOMER! And additionally they even send the invoice of the manufacturer in China so you can see that the price difference (2 times the manufacturing price)... Quite embarassing I think so even show the customer that he has paid 110 Euros for a product that is produced for 29 in China.

I will never do business again with this company.

I ordered 5 pairs of personalized socks as Christmas presents. Before making, the company sent me a picture of the final product. The pictures on the socks came out much better than I expected. And the company kept me in touch with shipment. Can’t wait to order more for next year!

I accidentally made as mistake when writing out my email. This prevented me from getting my confirmation, but they send text reminding you to check your email. When I noticed the email the text said they had was wrong I reached out to support via chat. Elsie was so incredibly helpful and fixed it for me no problem. They also asked if I wanted them to resend the first confirmation email without me needing to ask. Overall very productive positive experience and I haven't even received my items yet.

The response from customer service has been quick and they are refunding me, BUT. . . I ordered my socks on Black Friday, they were supposed to arrive by 12/9 and now are just lost in the ether and I won’t have them to give as gifts.
I’m very disappointed.
