These reckless people not even investigate the debt is real. They just sent me a sky social tarrif account switched and reported to sky to stop sim . Sky generated 14 pound advanced bill for me to pay ,because they generated the bill. Is that my mistake already informed cancellation sim again continue from the residential and their employee mistake. I am going this people go further with this andsuethem with all call recordings.

Nasty morons who don't listen to a word…
Nasty morons who don't listen to a word you say. They are chasing me for a tiny £33 invoice with Ionos internet (don't go anywhere near these clowns as well). The invoice has been cancelled and cleared by IONOS. I have it in writing via email which has been forwarded to EP on multiple occasions, yet they still phone me chasing £33 which is not owed. It's now harassment and I will be seeking legal advice. Absolute clowns.

Sick to the back teeth of this company,they keep calling me on my mobile,that is the only way they have of contacting me,because I AM NOT THE PERSON they are looking for,totally the wrong name and sex! I block these numbers,then they use another number.Write to me! which of course they cannot do as they have no idea where I live,which they would be able to find out if I was who they are looking for.BUT I AM NOT.

I would recommend the company but say persevere until you stumble across a good one then use him or her every time you need to!
