Work was completed earlier the time given at appointment and text message was also received to say car was available to be collected.

Always great friendly service

My two new tyres and wheel alignment were easily booked online with my choice of drop off and pickup time. The work was completed well before my pickup time. The office manager was very courteous and helpful as I also arrived 45minutes early, but was able to leave my car there before my booking time.

The MyCar team are always so helpful and happy to answer any question and explain exactly what they are doing and why. For someone who is not a 'car-person' that's really appreciated.

Good service

There is nothing listed on my tax invoice to indicate work completed on my car.

I asked to be contacted when work on my car was completed. This wasn’t done.

Didn’t complete the job on the day I had off work to get it done. Charged me $560 per tyre and when I done some research found the same tyres for over $100 less elsewhere. Won’t be returning.

I went in yesterday after I had a tyre puncher, the staff were so lovely and accommodating. Every time I go in they put the customer first and get the problem fix. Can not recommend them enough.

Better communication.

I really love bringing my car but this recent visit , noticed new staff and the usual lady I normally see at desk isn’t there . I did not get any text about updates of my car if it was ready. Also normally get a call to get updates but did call a few times no answer and only answered an hour before closing time to find out my car was ready to be picked up.
