Have used their services several times over the years for logbook services, check ups, battery tests, wiper tests and replacements, brakes tests and replacements, wheel alignment, rego checks and a few other bits and pieces. I can’t fault the work done in a timely manner by the mechanics and the friendly service on the front desk. Cathy is upfront but always friendly and polite.

Katie is very accommodating and always happy to help. Service is prompt and fees reasonable. I have 3 cars being serviced at mycar penrith.

Put car in for 2 front tyres and wheel alignment. After half an hour I received a call to say they couldn't get the 2 wheels off because the lock nut socket/tool was stripped. Unfortunately, i have no way of knowing if the previous tyre installers had damaged the socket or if it was Mycar people. My disappointment is that the Mycar people were at a loss to know any way of removing the 2 lock nuts. It seemed a little incompetent. To be honest, once they tried inserting the socket they should have realised the socket was already damaged and contacted me instantly. Just didn't add up, especially from a large tyre/automotive company.

The front counter staff, Donna? was the bomb. Quick cheerful, knowledgeable, professional and a breeze to work with.

Mycar Penrith is what customer service is all about.

Quick turnaround from placing my order to getting my tyres replaced and fitted. Mycar was then able to accommodate the fact I needed my car back earlier than my original booking time when I dropped it in.

Tyre replacement sourced exact tyre I wanted & ordered it in. Arrived promptly good price. Replacement was done in timeframe I was told. Very friendly, helpful & professional. I was surprised what 12 month warranty cover even a puncture .
