Told upfront a rough estimate and what would possibly need done, received call prior to works being carried out to confirm it was ok to proceed, professional and courteous staff, positive experience all around.

The receptionist informed me that I required new tyres. Little did she know that I had recently changed my tyres from a reputable place.
She complained of arthritic fingers and appeared friendly at face value but was trying to sell me new tyres which I did not require.
It takes one dishonest individual to tarnish the reputation of a company. Sadly it was my first and possibly my last experience with Penrith mycar Tyre and Auto (Penrith).

Firstly, Cathy on the phones/front desk in Penrith is friendly, helpful and direct, which I appreciate. She just gets it! Communication from the team while your car is with them is great. Jarrod rang me and gave me a clear explanation of repairs needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
