I have needed to find the right size …
I have needed to find the right size and shape chairs as to fit comfortably in my kitchen area, I've been through a few sets now, unfortunately, so I took another chance with these chairs as they not only very comfy but also a good size for limited space!! The problem was my table because it has a centre pillar/pedestal and chairs were not able to push right in due to hitting the pillar!!
The colour i chose is absolutely gorgeous and finally after several failed and costly mistakes, I went ahead & bought these. I couldn't be happier, the quality is great and so easy to put together, this coming from someone that doesn't even own a tool box!!
So comfortable and fit is spot on.

You’ll have to pay if you return the item
The chair that I ordered was not as I expected so I decided to seek a refund as they didn’t have anything else that suited my requirements.
They charged me £30 to return the poof.
The reason it was not as expected was that we had previously purchased a pink version of the seat which was the correct size. The blue seat that we thought we were purchasing was in exactly the same section as the pink. We naturally assumed it would be the same size which it was not.

As this was a return due to a change of mind rather than a fault with the product, the return costs were the customer's responsibility, as clearly set out in our Terms & Conditions. Before arranging the collection, we confirmed the £30 collection charge with you, and this was accepted. We also offered you the option of arranging your own courier if you preferred.
We always aim to be transparent about our returns process and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Product looks good but the screws…
Product looks good but the screws supplied were not long enough to securely hold to wall and one of the holes was slightly out of alignment which ch meant additional work was required to complete the installation

We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied.
You requested to return all six chairs just two days after delivery, however the original packaging had already been disposed of. At your request, we supplied replacement packaging to enable the return, as the items could not otherwise be collected safely.
Following the collection, you raised concerns about alleged damage to your wall. Although we did not accept liability, we offered a goodwill payment of £75 in an effort to resolve the matter.
The remaining deduction relates to the agreed collection and replacement packaging charges, which are clearly outlined in our Returns Policy. We believe the refund has been processed fairly and in line with these terms.
Great customer service
Ordered 6 dining chairs which were delivered on time but we had an issue with one chair. Customer Services were very responsive and the issue was dealt with efficiently. Thanks to Chan for her friendly and professional assistance throughout.
The quality of the chairs is very good and I would definitely buy from My Furniture again.

We bought dining chairs
We bought dining chairs, a bench, and sofa sets. We travelled all the way from Colchester to see the furniture and were truly amazed by the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture available. I would say they have the best quality furniture at a very affordable price. Chad is also super helpful and very welcoming. He stayed on late to show the furniture items even though the showroom official times were over. We are decorating almost half the house with their items and would buy again. Immaculate, superb quality and amazing service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience
