Looks good but not comfortable to sit too hard

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. My order was accepted, my payment was processed and converted to U.S. dollars, and your website stated shipping would occur within 1–2 weeks. Yet after nearly two weeks of silence, I had to contact you myself for an update.

Only then was I informed that you do not ship to the United States and that my order would be canceled. No proactive communication, no effort to find a solution, no attempt to make things right—just a refund and a suggestion that I arrange shipping from your Nottingham warehouse myself.

Had I not reached out, I have no confidence that anyone would have contacted me at all. After spending weeks searching for the perfect bar stools, I am now forced to start over because of your company's failure to verify shipping eligibility before accepting my order and taking my money.

A refund does not erase the time wasted or the disappointment caused. This was one of the worst online purchasing experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you for your response, but it does not change my experience or my opinion.

I was never proactively contacted regarding a problem with my order. From my perspective, I had to seek an update after receiving no shipping confirmation or status information. Regardless, offering for me to arrange my own freight collection from your warehouse was not a realistic solution and does not constitute customer service.

If your business does not ship outside the UK, then your ordering and payment systems should prevent international orders from being processed in the first place. Accepting payment, only to later determine that delivery is not possible, creates a poor customer experience.

While I appreciate receiving a refund, that does not compensate for the time I spent researching, selecting, and waiting for these stools, only to end up back at square one.

The refund resolved the financial issue, but it did not resolve what was, in my view, an entirely disappointing customer experience. Based on both the experience itself and the tone of your response, I would not choose to do business with your company again.

Very easy to order and navigate the website. I contacted customer services several times and they were absolutely brilliant, so helpful! The phone was answered straight away, they sent me a video of the chair I wanted to order and a fabric sample, perfect, great service, makes a refreshing change nowadays. The delivery was great too, lovely people who came and again so helpful. I love the chair, excellent quality and value for money. I would certainly use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to the team.

Their products are different and contemporary made well .

I recently had to exchange an item and my customer service experience with Chan was met with a prompt professional response which made me feel valued as a customer. I will continue to use My Furniture.

Speedy despatch and arrived a few days later. Love the bed. I have also bought dining chairs and bar stools from My Furniture and they are still going strong 9 years later. Would really recommend.

I love this company I've had quite a few things from them lights, dinner table , side tables , candle holders. Honestly the staff are the kindest most helpful people the quality of the stuff is absolutely amazing. I can't praise the enough. Delivery was very fast too .

Delivered a lamp with a bent lamp bulb fixture. It was well packaged. Raised it within an hour. There was a delay in actioning the return but I was called today and an apology given and a very acceptable solution was provided. I’m assured this was an unusual occurrence.

Just received delivery of a Jack Sofa bed and am absolutely blown away by the quality of it. Its so comfortable to lie on with a really great mattress that takes up very little space. It is such great value too. Im absolutely delighted and would really recommend My Furniture. Ill definitely be back for more furniture!!

The style and quality, but the prices could be a bit cheaper

Quality product received within three days so great service

Ordered a 2 seater sofa and when it arrived the fabric is in different directions so the pieces do not go together. One piece is horizontal fabric pattern, the other price is vertical. Customer services has been on/off but I have no solution, no updates and a bulky sofa box taking up room to return. Service is not as described and the quality is poor given ‘they haven’t experienced this before’.

I was delighted to find the perfect mirror at a perfect price it was reduced from over £175.00 to just over £55.00 the purchase was easy and quick and it was delivered in a couple of days

On time delivery , well coordinated through communication and above all beautiful piece . Very happy with my purchase.

Just rang to chase up delivery again. To be told it will be here next Friday. Very poor. No mention of discount or store credit. I could have sent one of my own vans up there quicker. These chairs better be amazing. Im past caring now. Don’t even want then anymore. Trouble they have caused they were supposed to be a gift. Joke.
