I bought a dining table and four chairs. They were delivered on time. Once they had arrived I ordered a chesterfield sofa to match the chairs which again was delivered on time. I am absolutely delighted with the products and service and would highly recommend your company.

I took delivery of some dining room chairs today, and honestly, I am so impressed with the quality.
I was a little hesitant at first, as we usually buy our furniture from Next, but these chairs are just as excellent quality as Next, if not better. They feel well-made, look lovely, and I genuinely could not be happier with them.
I will definitely be purchasing from Furniture and Choice again and would recommend them to anyone who is hesitant to give them a try.

Very disappointing experience with this company.

The table I bought was advertised as 90 cm wide, but the actual measurements are smaller. This is false advertising and completely misleading to customers.

When I contacted customer service, they showed no interest in resolving the issue and simply hid behind company policy instead of taking responsibility for providing incorrect product information.

A professional company should stand behind the accuracy of its products, not ignore customers once the sale is completed.

I would not trust this company again and would advise others to be cautious before purchasing from them.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. My sofa arrived damaged, and after reporting the issue, I was only offered a £10 partial refund on an item that cost £299, which I found completely unreasonable.
Because of this, I decided to return the full sofa set. A collection was arranged for 14 May, and I even took a day off work to be home during the scheduled collection slot of 12pm–2pm. When nobody arrived, I contacted customer service and was then told the collection time had changed to 1:40pm–3:50pm. Despite waiting during the revised timeslot as well, nobody came to collect the items.
What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication — no updates, no explanation, and no apology regarding the failed collection. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
