We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. BART from their customer service team…

BART from their customer service team is probably the rudest customer service executive I have come across. I placed an order on 3 May and it wasn’t delivered for about a month and a half. I was
the promised delivery in writing on three separate days and all three days no delivery was made. I was then offered £50 for my inconvenience by a different customer agent in writing, which I accepted. I then called to confirm the delivery date. I was connected to BART who said they could not offer the £50, didn’t offer any apology for the three missed delivery date and was overall extremely unfriendly. I was going to buy lot of furniture from this store as they have nice furniture, but speaking to Bart ruined my experience and I will not be ordering from here.

They are very horrible people I sent…

They are very horrible people I sent back an item in the same package as they sent it (only that it was built up, which still was neatly packaged) back and they claimed it was damaged upon arrival and never refunded my money. When they sent the evidence for a very heavy item, the heater cover was smashed into pieces and I lost £199, I would have bought like 8 from them as I started with the one to be sure of the measurement, and quality before I commit. Their measurements are rubbish. Furniture123 sells nicer and better heater covers, better customer service and have very fast delivery

We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied; however, it is important to clarify the circumstances of this return.

The radiator cover was returned completely damaged after being sent without its original packaging components, or any adequate protective packaging. As the item is made of glass, appropriate packaging is essential to prevent damage in transit. We provided photographic evidence showing the condition in which it arrived.

As the item was returned damaged and was no longer in a resaleable condition, we were unable to issue a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We believe this review does not accurately reflect the facts or the actions taken by our team, who thoroughly inspected the return, provided photographic evidence, and explained the reason for our decision.

Poor after Care and quality

We had purchased 9 Terino dining room chairs and 5 of them the front leg have broken. We have tried to get replacements but hitting brick wall with this company . The after service is very poor.

Absolutely One of the Most Frustrating Online Shopping Experiences I've Had unacceptable customer…

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. My order was accepted, my payment was processed and converted to U.S. dollars, and your website stated shipping would occur within 1–2 weeks. Yet after nearly two weeks of silence, I had to contact you myself for an update.

Only then was I informed that you do not ship to the United States and that my order would be canceled. No proactive communication, no effort to find a solution, no attempt to make things right—just a refund and a suggestion that I arrange shipping from your Nottingham warehouse myself.

Had I not reached out, I have no confidence that anyone would have contacted me at all. After spending weeks searching for the perfect bar stools, I am now forced to start over because of your company's failure to verify shipping eligibility before accepting my order and taking my money.

A refund does not erase the time wasted or the disappointment caused. This was one of the worst online purchasing experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you for your response, but it does not change my experience or my opinion.

I was never proactively contacted regarding a problem with my order. From my perspective, I had to seek an update after receiving no shipping confirmation or status information. Regardless, offering for me to arrange my own freight collection from your warehouse was not a realistic solution and does not constitute customer service.

If your business does not ship outside the UK, then your ordering and payment systems should prevent international orders from being processed in the first place. Accepting payment, only to later determine that delivery is not possible, creates a poor customer experience.

While I appreciate receiving a refund, that does not compensate for the time I spent researching, selecting, and waiting for these stools, only to end up back at square one.

The refund resolved the financial issue, but it did not resolve what was, in my view, an entirely disappointing customer experience. Based on both the experience itself and the tone of your response, I would not choose to do business with your company again.

We contacted you the day after your order was placed to confirm the delivery address, as the address provided does not exist in the United Kingdom. During that conversation, you advised that the order was intended for delivery to the United States, and we explained that we do not offer delivery to the USA.

As a gesture of assistance, we offered the option of arranging your own freight collection from our Nottingham warehouse. When this was not suitable, we promptly processed a full refund.

Our website accepts international Visa and Mastercard payments, but the ability to process an overseas card is determined by the card networks and payment provider, not by our delivery territories.

We would also note that checkout is restricted to United Kingdom delivery addresses only, which is clearly stated during the ordering process. Therefore, we believe this review does not accurately reflect the actions taken by our team, who contacted you promptly and issued a full refund once the intended delivery destination was confirmed.

Excellent!!!!!

Very easy to order and navigate the website. I contacted customer services several times and they were absolutely brilliant, so helpful! The phone was answered straight away, they sent me a video of the chair I wanted to order and a fabric sample, perfect, great service, makes a refreshing change nowadays. The delivery was great too, lovely people who came and again so helpful. I love the chair, excellent quality and value for money. I would certainly use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to the team.

Their products are different and contemporary made well .
