Bought Microsoft office 2021 version and quickly within 10 minutes received a product key and activation instructions. All works perfectly. Had a query regarding activation process and customer service replied promptly and we're every helpful. Would highly recommend.

I received prompt replies, all of which were easy to understand (I'm 76 and not very techy). The replies were also "human" and friendly. Most importantly they were helpful.

Bought MS Project2021, Software downloaded ok but .exe threw up error - language not available. My language is English (UK). Install then terminated. Tried various things but same result. My conclusion, I've been ripped off, I guess I should have known better.

I had problems with activating MSO Pro 2024. MSSoftware tech support were excellent in fixing the problem. Very satisfied with this supplier, would highly recommend them.

Swift response to MS Office 2016 installation. The .exe file download didn't work so MSSsoftware tech support send a .img file to me that once mounted, ran like a dream and installed MSO without any further issues.

I was having great difficulties with activating Office 21 Pro Plus with the key provided, largely due to registry problems on my PC. James the support engineer was very patient and helpful on a Saturday evening and eventually the problem was solved. The Office 21 software is now running as it should and I'd like to give a big tick for MSSoftware and their support. Highly recommended and I'll certainly use the company again.

Excellent customer service. Even though the company supplied comprehensive instructions via email, I had a problem with the install of the purchased software (my mistake) and so contacted their online customer support. They were superb at resolving the issues.

I had trouble installing the purchased MS Visio 2021 programme. There was a conflict with a newer MS 2024 already installed. I received good support/advice from Steven & managed to get the problem sorted. Thanks.

I was having difficulty loading Office 2016 Pro.Plus after having RAM issues with my old PC, running Win.7.
A guy at MSS support (Steve) was extremely helpful, polite and patient, with prompt responses to all of my emails, in and out of regular office hours. He gave great and informative advice, resulting finally in the successful installation of the software and I am very grateful to him.
