Clear, precise and efficient service

The discount received on my new factory-built Skoda Superb and the service provided by the Motorfinity team was nothing short of BRILLIANT! Everything from my initial enquiries, ordering and the delivery process was smooth and efficient. I was suitably impressed by the professionalism and timeliness of the communications in response to my queries, and the regular updates I received. The service by the team has been exemplary and undoubtedly ‘five-star’ worthy. I can highly recommend Motorfinity to anyone who is considering purchasing a new car...the discounts are ‘extremely good’, as is the service. A big thank you to the team, with particular thanks to Account Manager Patrick (Roberts), Kitt (Matrix), Fiona (Bennison) and Lucy from Sales and Delivery who I dealt with throughout the process. My second car from Motorfinity, great support throughout the process

Motorfinity were very engaging at all stages of my purchase and negotiated a great deal on my new car. My Account manager, Katie did a great job throughout!

First time buying a car with Motorfinity and the process was very smooth and straightforward. The website is easy to navigate with a simple step by step process to select your car and add on any optional extras. Contact by team members via phone and email was spot on and they couldn't have been more helpful. I was kept fully informed during the process from my order being accepted all the way through to my car being delivered. Especially I'd like to thank Cameron Jones, Kitt Matrix and Fiona Bennison as they expertly guided me through my car buying journey.

I couldn't be happier. Four years after my first effortless purchase with the company, rising fuel costs prompted this switch to electric. Account manager Luke delivered a fuss-free, irresistible deal – a massive discount, free EV charger, 10,000 free electric miles and a five-year service plan. I must say that from my initial telephone contact through to vehicle delivery yesterday the whole car purchasing process has been excellent. Everyone I spoke to has been pleasant, friendly and efficient. Emails have always been answered promptly and efficiently. I must single out Josh and Fiona, so friendly and helpful. I got the car I wanted at a very good price and Josh got me a very good trade in. Would I recommend Motorfinity, of course, without doubt. Oh and delivery was excellent too.

Very efficient and reliable service from start to finish. Can’t fault anything. I also part exchanged my car with them also. Kept me in the loop at all times. Would recommend them and definitely be using them again.

Poor communication, been waiting since February still no car! We have had the 4 weekly updates as advised but these really only said that they didn't have anything else to tell us. I appreciate that new cars are being delayed by world events but I feel communication could be better. Trying to upsell a service plan before we have even been given a delivery date feels like desperate commission based push. Patrick claimed the order before us had a delivery date of April so expected ours to be a similar delivery time. Don't think the blue light discount is worth the disappointing service and will think twice before using again!

Whilst we eventually got the car the process remained far from smooth and hassle free. Communication from Lucy initially started out quite confrontationally and aggressive and continued to show the company in a poor light. We were sent to the wrong place to collect our car and are still being hassled about signing up for the service plan through them (we've gone direct to Toyota for this). I have dropped my review to 1 star as whilst not the worst service I have received from a company, this has felt like an uphill battle and the fact that Lucy complained to my partner about the review and didn't have the courtesy to come back to me just made the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. The stress of dealing with this company is not worth the discount, I think I would rather have paid more for less stress!

From the first interaction, Motorfinity have been one of the best companies I’ve ever purchased from. When I made the original enquiry, Patrick went through every step, what I needed to do, and helped me along the way. Whenever I asked patrick a question, he would always phone me the same/next day and answer it - reassuring me as much as possible.

Once the car arrived in the country, Lucy was extremely helpful. Once again, any time I asked a question Lucy would reply promptly, and once again answered any question, no matter how ridiculous, in the best way possible.

Patrick then handled the part exchange, once again reassuring me and making sure that I knew what was going on at every step of the way. The part exchange was handled incredibly well (sold my old car the day before the new one arrived) and I got a fair price for the car.

From day one- Motorfinity were a pleasure to deal with the, and the near £5000 saving on a brand new car is the cherry on the cake.

A long way away, but will certainly be buying my next car from Motorfinity too.

Very good communication, and a pretty straightforward process. We had contact from a number of members of the Motorfinity team during our car purchase. They were all up to speed on our case, suggesting they have good communication between themselves.
Overall, I couldn't fault their service! I would definitely use them again in the future.

In the process of ordering a car, and it's all been very easy. Clear and prompt communication from the team. Slight issue downloading the required documentation - but that was probably my fault! Kitt was kind enough not to suggest it!
