Great experience in buying a new car with Motorfinity from enquiry to delivery, great price and hassle free service just the occasional email giving me an update, only downside is the length time from order to delivery but the world situation i will let them off situations they can't control.

This is the second car I have bought from Motorfinity. The process is made so easy as the staff are so helpful.

When the car delivery date was confirmed, the delivery driver got in touch to confirm the date and time, and arrived when he said he would. My part exchange car was collected later the same day and was also perfect.

From day one was i was originally contacted by a lady called Faye and then forwarded on to Katie who works within the delivery team at Motorfinity. Cameron and Lucy were on the ball from day one. From ordering the car to delivery they made buying the car very easy and kept me in the loop from day one. I had regular updates on where my new car was and at what stage of the process of was at. The handover was yesterday and we are very happy with our new car. I highly recommend Motorfinity and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Very interesting that Motorfinity, in their response, made no reference whatsoever to the scratch marks on the car. Why were they not picked up before delivery?

Car delivered in a dusty condition and required to be washed to identify scratch marked. Delivery driver stated that all cars at the storage yard were filthy.
This was highlighted to Motorfinity and arrangements were made to sort the damage.
I made the arrangements to sort the damage but found that Motorfinity became quickly disinterested and ultimately referred me to Audi UK for resolution after six weeks of waiting for a resolution.
This was after they agreed to reimburse me the minor cost of repair.
Customer after-sales service has been extremely poor, despite raising the matter repeatedly with the staff member assigned to the sale of my car.
After buying a new car it is quite ridiculous that you are asked by the delivery company to wash it in order to identify potential damage, which evident for all to see before the car was delivered.

The whole experience from first contact with Josh getting the initial quote, placing the order to the final delivery through Katie was fantastic. I hadn’t realised the process of buying a car could be made so easy and smooth. Then the car delivered onto the drive. Great experience and the added bonus of fantastic discounts. Very happy customer.

Fantastic savings on new car pricing for Blue Light Card holders. Whilst still in the early stages of my order Luke and Rebekah at Motorfinity have been most helpful.

The people at Motorfinity are great.

We changed our minds on the car trim we wanted a couple of times but that was no problem to the team.

Motorfinity could give out just a little more info to the customer beforehand, for instance, they should emphasise that your car really is being newly built to your spec. We didn't realise this.

The fact that it is being newly built could take months depending on what car you are buying. In our case it took four months (Hyundai).

When we paid for the car, which must be seven days from when you are advised of the delivery date, the setting up of a new payee wasn't clear enough, the name of the payee was different to the Company we were getting the car from.

Be aware that Motorfinity T&C's state that the new owner must be the one to take delivery and sign for the car.

The fees that Motorfinity charge are reasonable.

Of course, the Veterans discount was truly awesome and really helped.

I hope this review helps Motorfinity and their future customers.

I bought a new Toyota through Motorfinity. It could not have been easier. Initial phone call, then emailed paperwork and signing done through phone. Updated on progress of delivery as required. Car delivered from NE England to the South West. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Having never used motorfinity before I was a little cautious, though I shouldn't have worried as it all went like a dream. My contacts were Katie & Faye who guided and helped me through the whole process and were very helpful. The step by step processes of ordering, payment, delivery was so easy to follow and deal with.
