Not a good experience from start to finish wouldn't buy from this company again. They did not solve the problems which arised quickly and was left with out a car for a week as I sold my car the day before I was suppose to take delivery and when you use you're car to carry out your job it's not great had to take time off. Then when I took delivery my car I was so relieved I could go back to work, and then when myV5 arrived with no address on it because of an admin error and was told to ring DVLA myself because the vehicle was in my name now I found it was always other companies fault not there's but I was buying the car from them
not the other companies!!! but I was constantly having to chase them with no apologies they didn't understand how much chaos it caused in my life not a good experience at all.

I had never bought a car through this process before, but from start to finish I felt completely reassured, well informed, and genuinely looked after. The whole team was fantastic to deal with. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and always happy to answer my many questions. Communication was excellent throughout, with emails always answered promptly and clearly.

I’m absolutely delighted with my new Golf, which was delivered at a brilliant price too.

This is a professional company and they provide a very very good service at prices even the best of us would find hard to match on some cars. I ordered a new Lexus and the process was very good and speedy. Unfortunately, for me the handover was delayed due to systems outside Motorfinity’s control and so I had to cancel once I’d asked about other availability and didn’t get the fastest response but in fairness they were always polite and did refund me my £499.00 deposit. I wish them well and would consider them again in the future.

Dealing with Motorfinity was excellent. Good levels of communication and service. The only issue was delivery by Listers, where the car was delivered slightly damaged, but I had now reply for them to fix the issue. However, the Motorfinity element was very good.

From the first time of getting a quote, right through to delivery of my new car, Motoraffinity were absolutely great and kept me updated through every step. A special mention to Patrick and Kitt for all their hard work and bearing with me, whilst waiting for the dealership to contact me. They arranged a delivery date to suit my needs and the night before delivery, the delivery man called me and what time would I like my new vehicle delivered. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Excellent service! Brady was great at helping me pick the spec of my new Cupra Born - I love how you can tailor the car. Lucy kept me updated on the delivery process and followed up to make sure everything was okay. The overall process was really easy. From start to finish, the process of buying a new car has been stress free and easy. Emails are replied to promptly and any requests or queries answered swiftly. The whole process was easy from start to finish. I part ex my old car and got a decent price. Fiona was very helpful and professional throughout. The delivery driver was lovely and sat with me while I took it for a spin as I wasn't used to an automatic car. Would definitely recommend Motorfinity to my colleagues.

What a positive and enjoyable experience we had from Motorfinity when buying our new car. Patrick was very friendly and helpful in the early stages, giving us all the information we needed to complete our purchase with confidence and without any worries.
We discussed the possibility of doing a part exchange with Amy, but decided to sell our old car locally.
Fiona dealt with the payment and delivery of the car, and kept us updated when delivery was delayed by a few days because there was a dent which had to be repaired before the car could be delivered. She also sent us a link to the Changan dealership to help with any queries, and left her phone number in case we need further assistance.
We were informed the night before that it would be between 7.30 and 8am the following day. It arrived at 7.30 as promised, and Craig was very thorough and inspected the car before he left to ensure that I hadn’t missed any damage.
