I was a little nervous about buying a new car online for the first time but the process couldn’t have been any easier. Delivery of the new car and collection of my part exchange car went like clockwork. I am extremely pleased with my new car and very happy with the blue card discount. The communication from Fiona was excellent and I was kept up to date throughout the process and I was given clear instructions for the paperwork I needed to complete. Any queries I had were answered very promptly. Very very happy, thank you Fiona and Motorfinity.

From placing order to delivery the process was faultless and very easy. Staff were knowledgeable, professional and whilst very polite engaged in a friendly manner.

Effort less, very helpful staff throughout, from first contact to delivery, regular updates on progress. Well impressed. Was a special order, so was a time delay but my choice. Unlike dealers who will try to sway you towards what they have coming in, this was me deciding then they order it.

It's been an absolute pleasure to deal with everyone that I either spoke with or emailed.
Cameron Jones started the ball rolling in processing my order, I simply provided him with the spec directly from Audi UK.
I dealt with Cameron 5 years ago on my first purchase and he had just stated with Motorfinity; the fact that he's still there speaks volumes.
Kitt Matrix then provided details of discounted service plans which I had not had before through Motorfinity, only direct with Audi. I was a little apprehensive because it was difficult to compare with Audi pricing but Kitt quickly provided me with a breakdown, facts and figures and I was quickly convinced, no hard or pressure selling at all....wonderful
The delivery team then took over, headed by Katie Powell who kept me up to date with progress from build week to it landing on a UK dockside and then to the final delivery day.
Cameron processed my PX and got a very fair price for it, saved so much hassle for me, such a joy.
I had a very tight window for delivery due to pre-booked holidays but the whole team took it on board and worked hard to ensure it was delivered just 2 days prior to my holiday.
Special mention to both the companies who delivered the new vehicle and collected the PX, it all went very smoothly apart from the delivery driver's satnav that took him and his articulated trailer on a single track winding road instead of the main road for some reason!!!

All ran very smoothly. I was slightly nervous of passing over a lot of money on line before receipt of vehicle but Trustpilot reviews are very good.
On some communications, responses were a little slow and I would have liked to have had receipts for part payments made.
The delivery service was good but there was a second signature box which I was asked to sign without seeing the full document. In hindsight, this should not have happened. All minor points as all turned out well.

Originally worried that the old adage If It Looks Too Good To Be True it probably is, so where is the catch. Well there isn’t one I saved over £8k on brand new VW Tiguan. The whole process was seamless, follow all the instructions, all worked as I would have hoped. The team at Motorfinity had it all covered, if I was marking their course work A*.
Anything I didn’t like - no, however if you’re happy to buy a car unseen then it’s for you. My car was delivered on a transporter at the agreed time and date was as I hoped with just 5 miles on the clock it was just out of the factory condition, perhaps the valeter could invest in a new cloth the windscreen was smeared but hey I am being very picky.
Motorfinity did offer a not very competitive trade in on my old VW but I don’t think that’s their game, sites like Motorway (others are available), would have given me a better price. How do they do I may be wrong but I think they can tap into the huge discounts available through fleet purchases. It’s a win win.

Ordering the car and the process of buying the car has been very easy. It's worth visiting dealerships to have look at the cars as well because you are just looking at pictures otherwise. It's also a very good price.
The problem was the delivery time. In fairness this may not be completely attributable to Motorfinity. It could be the manufacturer. Having ordered in Jan for April the car is due to be delivered in mid June. Hope the car is okay after the wait.

From pre-sales to post-sales what an amazing team. I couldn't ask for more, I couldn't be happier with how easy these guys made my journey to my brand new car at an incredible good price. My dream car delivered to my door 100% hassle free. Thank you Faye, Kitt, Katie and everyone else working on the background. I shall repeat this dream with Motorfinity in a few years.
