When first contacting New Wave Financial Services Ltd we spoke to Dan who was very upbeat and positive which made us feel at ease straightaway. We were then past to Kye who dealt with our paperwork and getting everything in order for the underwriter. He was very efficient and helpful. Rachel, Dan, Kirsty and the rest of the team at New Wave were simply amazing. We were a slightly clueless and complicated case but the team were always happy to answer my many phone calls to explain the process and calm me down.
We weren’t sure if we’d be able to get a mortgage but the team managed to find us options to suit us and really felt like they were on our side, working for us and not just trying to get us out the door and collect a fee.
They also recommended our solicitor which was handy as they were able to be in contact with them too.
100% recommend using New Wave to get your mortgage sorted.

Great support for those who do not fit high street lender criteria
New Wave were great from start to finish and managed to source a mortgage with a lender when others could not help. My wife and I have our own businesses but mine is relatively new and therefore most high street lenders could not help, without huge deposits. Daniel managed to find us a lender with our 5% deposit using my day rate from a client as proof of income. We have just completed and moved into our first home! Thanks Kye and Daniel for the support all the way through. You answer the phone when needed and no question was a stupid question. Everything was explained perfectly and I would recommend New Wave in a flash for anyone needing a mortgage when you don't fit the high street lender tick boxes!

Where to start, I don’t never do reviews but feel I have to in this situation as these people have literally changed mine and my family’s life, 2 in particular (Debbie Brooks & Rachel Wilcox) they bent over backwards to help us in every way possible with communication speedy response and everything we needed, I would recommend anyone to use them, they remind me of a big family in new wave who want to help families like mine, so after years of headaches and trying other companies to help who treat us like a number thanks to new wave we finally get a forever home, can’t thank the enough!
