I thought I would never be able to get a mortgage being self employed until I made contact with Molly at new wave. Molly, Kye and the rest of the team are a very Professional team of people who work so hard in the back ground to make dreams possible.
They ensure you are well prepared and have all the information required before proceeding to try keep the time frame as short as possible and less back and forth from the lender so they have all the information required to go to the lender prepared. Found me a great deal too, and it wasn't so easy with only 1 years trading as a sole trader. They made the application process simple too.
