I could not recommend this company enough!! Debbie and Chloe were amazing and so reassuring throughout the whole process. As first time buyers, me and my partner were unsure of what getting a mortgage would entail, but they made us feel so at ease and supported. Their willingness to go the extra mile is incredible. Dan was also great, and very thorough when explaining everything. What a wonderful team New Wave have. 10/10!!

As a newly self employed person I didn't think it would be possible to be a home owner but New Wave Finance talked and helped us through every step.
They were honest.
The 3 staff members that we have worked with have been amazing, they kept in contact all the way through the process via email and phone calls.
They answered all the confusing parts of the process explaining all the jargon that comes with an application.
The Financial cost is within keeping of other companies and they provided a breakdown.

As a self-employed applicant with a Right to Buy application and a less-than-perfect credit history, I had struggled to secure a mortgage elsewhere. Rachel and Dan worked tirelessly to understand my circumstances, find the right solution and secure a mortgage when other brokers couldn’t.

They were incredibly helpful, professional and supportive from start to finish. They made what could have been a very stressful process feel much easier and were always available to answer my questions and guide me through each stage. They also helped coordinate with the solicitors to ensure everything was finalised and the deal completed smoothly.
