It's a good course but could be better
I am nearly in my 8 units (They are 20 in total) in the Diploma of Information Technology, I would rank 3,5 stars (but I can't HERE) only because the assessments are quite long and a lot of information is repeated over and over in the different units. Also, there is some info outdated in the ebooks.
On the bright side, my trainers are really good, they answer every time I send emails. I don't have big complaints but I think if you are new to information technology I wouldn't recommend doing an online course like this, especially in this modality because you are completely on your own.
I am lucky enough to have completed other front-end courses otherwise I would be struggling.

Having chose the online Cert IV Accounting & Bookkeeping course option I was extremely impressed with the ease of using their online platform- accessing all the resources & submitting my assignments for each module was simple on the go! Great and serious training program for adult in reconversion/ starting of new carreer In Payroll/Accounting
Great and serious training program. I engaged for over 2 years in Payroll diploma to upgrade my knowledge in Accounting and Financial Services. The support of the teachers was really effective all along, despite my own personal situation and challenges for studying online ( Non-English speaker migrant , female, single parent working full time, living in rural area and as such, access to internet compromised or difficult sometime). I would recommend Monarch Institute as probably one of the the best training program so far that I experienced as adult student in Australia ( I did 2 others institutes while I was migrant). It was the most challenging in term of self-organization and stress for me ( 6 months time+ 3months extension for each Module was really hard to keep up but I did it somehow) Nevertheless, the Administration Team of Monarch was also really professional and helpful on this aspect. So to conclude, long schedule/time management and personal sacrifice are part of the package for everyone looking for studying with a realistic objective, but worth it 100% and I definitely rate 5 stars to Monarch Institute.

The unit is interesting, and I like the quiz part. I don't like assignment as we don't have anyone can refer except email to lecturer or book the zoom time. However only few zoom hours are suit for after working hours.
