I went through a ring selection process with Lindy starting from the middle on January. She was nothing but patient, helpful and we definitely ended up with a much better result in the end compared to if I were to do this by myself or with someone else. She stepped me through a bunch of different technical ring aspects and gave me different perspectives about concerns I had or didn’t know I needed to have. I am quite a nervous person so had many different appointments and she was patient with me through all of them. I definitely recommend Lindy!!!

Moi Moi Fine Jewellery is one of the best jewellery shop in the QVB! What makes it a go to jewellery shop? It's because of the Staff welcoming you with good customer service and giving you ideas of what you are buying and looking for. Specially when Sales Assistant Mariana came up to us and warmly welcome us in the store. She was very detailed in explaining everything about rings as we did not know this knowledge. So grateful for having Mariana help us as we ended up purchaseling our diamond ring and wedding band from here. Thank you!

From my very first visit i was met with a warm and friendly approach. I would particularly like to mention Cathy at Sydney QVB. I did not feel pressured. The whole experience was wonderful and quick. We were wanting to update our rings for our anniversary. We were initially served by Sam and he listened to our wants and found rings to suit this When we picked up our rings, Lindy served us and we were so happy with both our rings. On Friday 21st November, we were out wedding band shopping and stumbled across the beautiful jeweller MOI MOI. From the moment we walked in, we had the most pleasant experience. We were greeted by a lovely lady named Pia, who truly made the entire experience incredible.

Not only was Pia extremely professional, but she was also warm, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease. We had already visited a couple of other places and did not receive anything close to the service Pia provided. We didn’t even receive the level of immaculate service from the jeweller my engagement ring was originally purchased from. My fiancé even said that if he had his time again, he would have bought the engagement ring from her.

Thank you, Pia, for turning what could have been a stressful process into such a wonderful and memorable experience.

Alyssa was extremely helpful... I'd expected to have to shop around several stores before being happy with the ring. I was confident and happy within 20 minutes.

She managed to get the ring to me before our anniversary as well, within a couple of weeks after downpayment.

Very happy with the service, affordability, timeframe and ease of this purchase... especially as I expected to do weeks of searching and I didn't need to look elsewhere at all. Lucky I started with this store.
