My husband purchased a ring for me that was quite delicate so I bought two matching bands to strengthen it from each side. That was 21 months ago and the ring has been back in (to Melbourne store) 4 times to fix. Each time the team have said that it's my fault, it's been bent out of shape, I've been harsh with wearing it that the stone has loosened etc etc. It's supposed to be platinum so should be durable and I have been married many years with a wedding ring and engagement ring on my other hand from a different jeweller with NO ISSUES whatsoever. None. The Moi Moi ring on the other hand, flimsy, the stone is always loose despite repeated fixing and I'm just so disappointed with the quality. This was not cheap either but to be told it's my fault when I've worn rings all my life and have had no issues yet this one being in 4 times is not questioned on their workmanship at all from their side. Disappointing.
