Buying a car here turned into an absolute nightmare. The vehicle immediately had water pouring into the interior through the boot/rear cabin from day one. When I exercised my legal Short-Term Right to Reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the dealership flat-out refused the refund, dismissed a major water leak as a "minor defect," and unbelievably expected me to drive the dangerous, leaking car a 50-minute journey back to them.

As part of my Section 75 claim, I had the vehicle independently inspected by a professional mechanic who condemned the car and provided a detailed report of multiple structural and mechanical faults.

Despite clear evidence and the law being entirely on my side, the dealership continued to obstruct, deflect, and deny liability at every turn. Fortunately, my credit card company reviewed all the evidence and successfully processed a full Section 75 refund. Save yourself the immense stress, dishonesty, and shocking customer service—take your business anywhere else.

I went to return a car today the Preston Branch because I realised it didn't have the legroom I needed for my medical condition. Wayne was brilliant. He exchanged it for one that I love and that suits me well. He sorted all the paperwork with efficiency and answered all the questions I had. Excellent customer service and kindness. Thanks Wayne!

The 2015 Mini that I was interested in was advertised as formerly being owned by the managers mother-in-law, only used on seldom occasions but had a full service history, tool kit and would be serviced and valeted prior to delivery. I paid for the car by bank transfer a week before collection and I took out extended warranty (which is reliant on service history documentation). When I went to collect the car I was asked to pay the balance outstanding, one hand not knowing what the other hand was doing. The car was still being valeted and serviced (that turned out to be just an oil change). I was told that the documentation would follow through the post. It never did even after several phone calls and very irate emails without reply I wrote to trading standards and I am now writing this review to warn others about their customer care/after sales and advertising spiel. Today is 12th October and I still have not had any response from NWTC.

We visited on Friday wasnt sure off the car we chose so returned Saturday and was meet by Ian .Ian was fantastic right from the beginning made purchasing the car we wanted worry free. No thing was to much for him thanks Ian.

Everything was fantastic. Great communication and superb service. Everything went quickly, smoothly, and pleasantly. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to everyone.

We had a great experience buying a car from here. Wayne was great...lovely gentleman, helpful, and polite. The car was ready for collection on time, and the jobs needing doing on it were completed to a high standard.

Avoid. From my experience (that started positively but very quickly got worse) I wouldn’t go back here for a car ever again. The things that were agreed upon sale haven’t been met and I’m 15 days since my follow up emails and they have been ignored.

Purchased a car from this company. Car was as described. Salesman was pleasant and efficient. Drove it home in heavy rain from Preston to Newton Stewart.
A couple of days later, went to clean it. The car had 165 tyres front and back on the driver's side. 185 front and back on the passengers side. Totally illegal. It had just passed it's MOT, with a battery unsecured on its shelf too.
The salesman told me to have the faults sorted and I would be reimbursed.
That was on the 15th. I am still waiting.
Car comes with a 3 year basic warranty. Hope I never have to put it to the test.
