Recently, I purchased a product with Mod Aussies and found a fault. After sending an email, Andie got back to me shortly after and helped to resolve the issue quick smart. Excellent service. Would definitely shop again and recommend to others.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Modern Aussies in December 2024. I had a problem with the left shoe. I contacted their Support team. After a few enquiries from them, the issue was solved in an amicable way. I will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you Support team.

Modern Aussies were helpful and responsive with our order. We had issues with an item we ordered they were great at keeping in touch and trying everything they could to help with the issue.

I would love to give this company a MINUS 5 star but 1 is the lowest.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a razor thing off them, it arrived, had a broken head, I sent them photos and a video as it did not work as it was stated it would either.
They are refusing to replace the item or refund it unless I remove someone else's review. So Teresa Clinic if you are reading this, they want me to remove your feedback, apparently yours was broken too, so they will refund me.
I have told them repeatedly that it is not my review and I CANNOT remove it, but they are now blackmailing me and saying that unless I remove her review they will not refund me. This has therefore left me with no choice but to actually place this review, which IS my review!
I suggest people don't buy from them the customer service is terrible they don't believe you and even it they do, better hope you don't have the same first name as someone else or they will insist you take down that persons review to get your refund. That's nothing but blackmail anyway, and goes to show that the companies reviews are not truly a genuine representation of reviews as they obviously black mail people out of low star reviews where they have received broken or faulty products by not replacing or refunding unless the review is removed.
This is not a company I will ever deal with again and I will be very sure I tell all my friends, work colleges and family NEVER to buy from them either.
Absolutely terrible disgusting service from a company and they should be ashamed of themselves.

We had trouble starting up our game emulator so I messaged Modern Aussie's their response was very quick and helpful. Andie was a fantastic help and the problem was solved with a new SD card provided by them. Thanks for your great customer service Modern Aussie and Andie

After receiving a product that was nothing to what I ordered. This cheap site that uses alibaba,temp,shein,aliexpress and claims it’s all Australian made will only refund me IF I took my previous review down off here. Not because of the bad product, though for a bad review. Still haven’t got a refund, wasn’t sure how to edit my last review so here another one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!

Bought item broken in 2 days !

Expensive but low quality

I bought 2 touch lamps & have had nothing but trouble trying get a replacement for one that was faulty & when replacement came it was also faulty in bad packaging that the lamp didn't even fit in properly, trying to get refund, no luck yet. They are clearly not Aussie & are definitely NOT TO BE TRUSTED. There is nothing hassle free about this company.

As I said in my last email to your company it's not about the money it's about the principle of the situation & I am not willing to take down this review, as you keep requesting, people need to be informed of your poor products & customer service.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Products are high quality

I ordered two Christmas projectors and after delivery, I discovered that one was faulty. I contacted Modern Aussies and they agreed to make a refund, after I sent them an evidentiary video as requested.

First of all NOT A SCAM, this is a true and trustworthy business. I have had several orders with them and zero issues, if you feel the need to contact them about an order, a REAL person gets back to you, definitely a business I will always buy from

I ordered a pair of shoes. I chose the sizes correctly. The shoe that was sent was three or four sizes. Too large customer service advised me that it would cost me $30 for them to send me a replacement so I left a one star review after refusing to do so They rang me and told me if I took down the review they would send me another pair of shoes at the correct size I took down the review and they sent me a shoe that is printed to be a smaller size but it is still three sizes too big !!! When I email them they sent me the exact same response $30 to send a replacement shoe… never will I trust these people again-now I have 2 size 13 awful shoes that say they are size 10 and size 9
I have reached out a number of times to you Sarah and you have blackmailed me into saying that you will only process the refund once I remove the one star reviews
I will not be bullied into removing my reviews until modern Aussies do the right thing and refund me

My order was late, so I contacted them. There was no response for over 2 weeks after multiple emails. It's been over a month and still zero communication. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced shopping online.

I should have taken the online reviews more seriously with so many customers complaining. Buyer beware. Money down the drain. I will never shop with them again and will be warning others against doing so.

Shame on you.

Scam, said items delivered but were not, and no response to requests for resolution. Save your money and shop from reputable places like Iconic, Myer, David Jones, ASOS, Amazon to name a few. The one time I decided to order from an unknown place, I lose my money. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Lesson learned, never again.

Update: On 17/01/25 they offered to repost the ordered items or refund me - but if I delete my review here and on Product review dot com. I advised them they can keep my money as both reviews will stay exactly as is. And even today 20/01/25, I am getting blocked number calls from them trying to talk to me. Rather than pester already dissatisfied customers, maybe a better recourse would be to actually better their customers service from the get go. Also Modern Aussies, if you are reading this, I would appreciate if you would stop calling me, it's like beating a dead horse at this stage.

Bought retro game stick for a Christmas present,not working,it keeps loading constantly, frustrated. Even took to a friend place to see if it worked there.

I ordered a product six weeks ago and it has still not arrived, delivery was stated as 7 to 10 days.
I have emailed them but all you get is cliched responses.
Their latest email assured me it is almost here,which the previous email 2 weeks ago
stated, but this one said if delivery was unsuccessful,I could drive to Adelaide airport to collect.
Adelaide airport is almost six hours from where I live, I requested a refund but that was ignored. They are an unreliable and untrustworthy company do deal with.
Avoid at all costs.
After my review was published on Trustpilot I was contacted by Modern Aussies on several occasions stating that they would issue a refund and could I remove the bad review.
One email even gave instructions on how to do it, " in the bottom corner, you will see three dots, click on these and then click delete"
I found that fairly condescending, but I should have expected nothing less . I did receive my refund.

Absolutely shit service they are NOT AUSTRALIAN!!! shipped from China its a drop shop store they buy of temu. Ordered seat covers 3 weeks ago still not arrived tracking says it's coming from China can't get in touch with them they do not reply to emails will be returning my purchase for a refund when it finally arrives will definitely be reporting this site PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS.
