Watch had died after 7 months of light use.
I bought a new charger cable from the website but that hasn’t fixed the problem. £69.95 + £6.95 out of pocket with a watch that won’t turn on or charge and an extra cable.
Not a happy chappy.
Don’t bother buying. Plenty of other options out there for similar money with better reviews.

ive had a hardhat watch previously and was quite happy with it until it wouldn't read blood pressure etc so I bought a new one and it will not read my blood pressure etc. I have emailed hardhat and they have made a few suggestions but still it won't read blood pressure etc. Its frustration as you can't talk to someone personally to get answers

I purchased the foreman watch and got a confirmation email of the purchase but 24 hours later still no email telling me the order has been shipped. I attempted to contact the support team using the email address but was not successful in sending the email as the address thag was provided was not actually a viable email address. I have also attempted to contact someone through the hard hat website and have had no response regarding my order as well. I am losing confidence and am starting to get worried that ive been scammed $200 on this watch. I went through the official website and everything but the lack of correspondence is concerning.

I purchased the Hardhat Smart watch for $139 .After purchasing I decided to check up on this awesome sounding company . First I noticed the watch I purchased was being sent from Union Lucky Returns a known 3rd party Dropship facility in CHULLORA NSW . This immediately raised alarm bells as it clearly states Hardhat is a Gold Coast family company. My watch arrived and I didn’t open the package , I immediately applied for a refund as they advertise ,” if you don’t love our watch we will refund for 90 days “
I was told there would be a 72 hrs delay because they are busy . This changed and never heard back .
This supposed Gold Coast family business sounds dodgy , bad communications .
I put in for a credit card dispute and was immediately refunded my $139 .Hardhat haven’t acknowledged that they have received my unopened package which I know they received via Aus Post Tracking .
MY ADVICE IS
DO NOT BUY A CHEAP CHINESE WATCH FROM HARDHAT AS THE SAME WATCH IS AVAILABLE FROM BLACKVIEW FOR $71 AND IVE ALSO SEEN IT ON TEMU FOR $40:.

Packaging was simple but the watch inside was spotless. No scratches, no marks. Exactly what I ordered.

Wore it to a work event and someone asked where I got it. That was enough for me to leave a review.

Delivery was quick, maybe 7 days to France. The finish is clean and it feels like it cost more than it did.

Brought the hard hat big rig for my son for his birthday and only lasted a week before it wouldn't work, received a replacement and not working either. Wouldn't recommend these to any one.

Third watch from this site. Each one has been consistent quality. This one might be my favourite so far.

I purchased a 2-for-1 watch deal and only received one item—the second watch never showed up.

I’ve emailed multiple times and have been completely ignored. Customer service is an absolute joke. No replies, no updates, no accountability.

Then they have the nerve to claim they tried contacting me? That’s complete rubbish. My email works perfectly fine and is checked daily. I’ve even sent another email and, surprise surprise, still nothing.

At this point, this feels like nothing more than a scam. Take people’s money and disappear.

Avoid this company at all costs. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Got a few compliments wearing this out on Saturday. Didn't expect that. Simple watch but it has a presence.

It is important to stress that this review is not aimed at any staff, packaging, postage or anything like that.

I got the sport model in January as the price was good and the both the weight and functionality suited me - although it is important to add that it is very basic and some of the personal health data it gives is just not accurate.

I normally work in some areas where you need something more rugged and this seemed like a no-brainer. Within a few days the bar that holds the strap came out while I was walking but was fortunate to see it. It was an early red flag but I liked it and cracked on. A few days ago the bar snapped completely and that was tha. It hadn't been dropped, hit or whatever else etc and it feels like a let down.

The advert with a track vehicles going over the watches to prove durability just seems a bit amusing now.

Ordered on a Monday, arrived by the following weekend. Looks exactly like the pictures. Simple and sharp.

The weight is what got me. Solid on the wrist, not one of those light plastic feeling ones. Good buy.

Bought this for my brother and he hasn't taken it off since it arrived. Clean design, nothing overdone. Really happy with it.

Arrived in 6 days to Birmingham. Strap needed one adjustment and then it sat perfectly. Wearing it daily now.

Been wearing this one for about two weeks now. Looks way better in person than in the photos honestly. Gets noticed.

I bought a H H Watch before easter 2026.

Received it last week

Set the watch up paired watch with my S23+ all good.

I could monitor my heart rate over night as i have A F.

2 days later the app stopped working ( it froze) had to go through the whole process again all good except i could no longer see my heart rate over night .

Have unstalled and re installed app twice and still cant see what my heart rate was over night.

Totally unhappy and i guess you get what you pay for

I purchased 2x hardhat watches in Nov 2025, and in Feb 2026, one of them stopped working. After 25 emails back and forth hardhat have been extremely difficult to deal with when returning my product to them. Refusing to provide an actual return address, under international postage laws, customers are required to obtain a person's name, company name, a physical address, not a P O Box, and a business phone number. After almost 10 emails, this information finally came through. If you want to return your hardhat watch send it to:

None of this information is readily available on their website.
Hardhat informed me that once my product was returned to them, they would process a refund within 48hrs.
My product was delivered to hardhat on the 20/03/2026, and I am still waiting for communication and a refund. My advice to new customers,
Don't buy any products from this company, their service and products are terrible! BTW Johnny, don't bother responding to this I've already dealt with 10+ staff members from hardhat!

Almost fell for the hard sell on thier website and adverts all over social media..it is currently buy one get one free so 2 watches for £150 for the hard hat foreman. Decided to look on YouTube for some reviews and found they are just cheap rebranded Chinese watches selling for as little as £25 on eBay or AliExpress. So you could buy 5 for the price of the 2 on offer direct from hard hat themselves. Glad I did some research.
