I ordered the micro steam portable traveling iron from Modern Aussies on line for our caravan. I used it in the house and I am honestly thinking of keeping in side as it works so well. The heat was perfect and did 2 pair of shorts to perfection. Also ironed a linen dress and it came out perfectly. Definitely recommend the portable steam iron.

I experienced significant delays after purchasing a small collapsible travel bag (over 1 month with express shipping). They tried constantly to deter me from returning the item (within the 30 day $ back guarantee on the website) by telling me return shipping would be a significant cost to me and that I would have to send the item overseas (warehouse is listed as Melbourne/Naarm on website). They then sent me store credit instead which I refused. I posted a review on this site of my experience and I finally got a response, because of the review.... They then proceeded to blackmail me for my refund until I removed the post. I kept replying how uncomfortable this was, how it was poor practice, and that they were blackmailing a customer. They then finally called me regarding my review with the following option: process 1/2 the refund, I take down my review, then processed the other 1/2. They refused to process the refund until I addressed the review. I will admit this did happen very quickly (within a few hours) and i received a full refund of the product 2 months later. Absolutely would not recommend this company

Just ordered second one husband loved getting my self one thsn another for our son

Admittedly I was a little sceptical on the functionality of this iron, but wanted something portable to “touch up” my show suits quickly when showing my dog. I can unequivocally say this is a brilliant little easily portable iron and works really well. Got all the creases out of my linen suit and wound like to keep a second one in my work locker. Very happy with my purchase

First of all my order was weeks late even after paying for express delivery. I wanted to send the watches back
Because I had to purchase other watches for Xmas gifts. They said it would be better to keep the watches and they would give me a refund of the delivery and another $10. I was not happy with this so I asked for a larger refund. They agreed to a $70 refund. This has been ongoing since December. I still haven’t received the refund. Now I’m told they do the refund, they will give me a store credit of $50 instead. I have never dealt with a company that’s is so shonky in my life. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Scammers website when I paid I can’t contact them

Hi, I purchased the new brush like hair straightener. It was the worst product I think I have ever purchased. You could not even brush it through the hair you had to physically put the hair into the brush. Very cheaply made. For the price I should have realised it was going to be a dud. Also very disappointed this company has nothing to do with Australia, they use the Aussie name to fool people. Never will I by from them again

STAY AWAY. TRIED TO BRIBE ME after writing a review to take it down.
Offered me 50% refund or 50% off any item from them to take down my original review

Ordered today for hair removal product I never received a receipt or nothing paid with afterpay told me to log in with order number and email or phone number but never received one now just received a email basically trying to sell me something else hope my paid for item eventually arrives

Hi the sunglasses I purchased were great.,good fit durable in all conditions and lightweight. Modern aussie sunglasses were easy to correspond with and were great to correspond with

It took one month for my items to be delivered, and poor customer support from the business. I’ll never purchase from this company again. Don’t fall for the courier blame game as this business took forever to dispatch the items. Ridiculous buyer aware.

I wish if I could give them negative rating. It is not an Australian company. The name is misleading. Extremely poor customer service and it’s been a month now, I haven’t received my order. While ordering, I could see 3 to 5 days delivery time but almost a month now. It’s a shame that they lie to their customers and block their money for so long. I needed a pregnancy pillow and I ordered one from them. I think it will arrive after my delivery. Disgusting services.

Hi there.
Brought this item as my dog sleeps on my bed. It's brilliant.
Works very well.
Convenient with no cords..USB charges.
Nice and light but sturdy at the same time..
Was bit concerned when brought this item at 1st.
But once received and used it.
Those concerns vanished.
Oh yes my 120kg neo mastiff Thor loves me to vacuum him with this also.
Low noise.
Wish someone would make a standard vacuum with these features.

Very poor quality products, bad service and false advertising.

I ordered a security product and was eager for it to arrive as my husband died recently and I was quite anxious about being by myself at night. I acknowledge that I picked a product from the Post Office but as I get products delivered regularly it never occurred to me that it was from Modern Aussie as it was not a security device. I believe I have sent something entirely different but because. I signed for it I can’t prove anything. Never again.

I have allergies and have experiences with bug bites. Can't bare it .saw this item. Was eager to buy it. Yes it cleans well and I sleep much better knowing I've removed the bugs and other things from the bed. Thankyou for creating this item.

Absolute joke of a company….

Phone number advertised on their website is disconnected…
Customer support only via email and they simply don’t resolved the issue.
We purchased a Solar outdoor light set for our backyard on the 16/12/23, after arrival two weeks later, we installed them on the first week of Jan.
Our first email to support was on the 10th of January to advised of a faulty control remote that has never worked, the team simply ask for troubleshoot and after troubleshoot and keeps not acknowledging us requesting a new remote or partial refund.
A few days later the first summer rain hits Perth and our lights simply don’t work…. So now we have a $115 spent on this set that doesn’t work and a customer service team that asks you for videos of troubleshoot after troubleshoot with a solution.
We have requested a full refund and they reply with something else…. Just ignoring us. We still have no remote or refund or answer…. and a set of lights faulty that don’t do the job.
Dont buy from this people
