ordered mirror 29 may , had confirmation email,then nothing since have sent emails and messages but no reply not impressed only want a delivery update, order no. 32390,
order update, recieved mirror tuesday 23 june arrived damaged sent message via website and 2 emails with photos not had reply yet and the phone line doesnt seem to work ,some aknowledgement from customer service would be appreciated,
Were back to no reply on phone and no email update on the damaged mirror ,
Trying to get a shipping date for the replacement mirror is hard work no answer on phone or it dont work at all, i will give it till friday then will be contacting my CREDIT CARD bank to charge back the payment, NOT HAPPY.

I have received the item but not a quick as I would've like to. Also contact was uncertain with the company until after it was dispatched.

I am delighted with my product. Despite the lockdown it came pretty quickly and is better than I had anticipated 😀

Mirror for you have dealt with my complaint in a very professional manor and replaced the damaged mirror that was sent. It now looks great in the bathroom, there is a very slight scratch on the front otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I had a problem with my mirror and they sent me a new one - no quibbles...

mix up with the delivery delayed things but otherwise all good. Fairly slow response to my emails

We bought a mirror and paid on 29th Feb. Waiting for any confirmation (no email) and a mirror. Now March 22nd. Any news Mirrors for u? Tel number on web site was working n FEb. Not now... or no answer machine / recording.

Extremely professional customer service,great response times, very kind and helpful staff.The mirror was very well secured and delivered to Ireland without any issues.I would highly recommend.

We needed a bespoke mirror cut to fit an awkward ceiling slope. Mirror for You staff were incredibly helpful. Our mirror was produced, quickly, from drawn specifications that we emailed though and fits perfectly.

The ability to create the perfect mirror for the bedroom , the organisation of the website and the reassuring response by email were valued.. We had been recommended to use the company by our Worcester friends.They were right to commend this manufacturer . We will continue the praise to other friends. Well done.

Shocking customer service. Telephone number of website does not work. The company although advertising as if in UK is clearly based in Poland. I spent considerable time ordering two mirrors only to be informed several days later that the illuminated mirror was not available illuminated even though the multiple options were available on the website. They have offered to refund me £25 and give me an unilluminated mirror (really!!). Obviously this is not acceptable to me but now they are not returning my emails to discuss other options or a full refund. I would not recommend anyone use this company.

It is now the 20th March - I have been emailing the company since the 12th requesting confirmation that the two mirrors I ordered are being processed and the clarification regarding the potential delivery. I had hoped that in the absence of a delivery date I would be able to ask about the mounting specification so at the very least the electricians could continue with rewiring... alas mirrorforyou and maciej have not returned my emails and the customer service number is still unobtainable. I fear I will need to try and recoup my money from the credit card company. I would not recommend this company. Such a disappointment.

I have now bought two mirrors from this company and they have been very good in terms of products and delivery.
There was problem with the first mirror being the wrong one, but this was sorted within two days. The replacement mirror was then run over by the delivery company fork lift (yes tyre mark right across the corner of the box). The product was so well packed there was no damage to the contents.
Second mirror purchased was a couple of days early.

Well packaged, arrived exactly as ordered (made to measure) so website works well. Works as intended and looks great!

I ordered a bespoke size mirror with led lighting and heater pad. The mirror was delivered promptly and exceptionally well packaged....excellent!
I am generally very pleased with the product which appears to be well made. However, my mirror is designed for use in portrait mode and the heater pad is located in the lowe third of the mirror. Consequently the heated area is a little too low for a person of my height (1.85m). Also, the method of fixing the mirror to the wall could be better...the item simply hangs on a pair of hooks which means it can easily be dislodged. These criticisms apart, it is a good product.

The mirrors I ordered were exactly as on the website. They were delivered on time, very thoroughly packed. They were easy to install. Good value product, no complaints at all.

Would love to be able to comment on the mirror I ordered on 11 Dec but as per a similar review, after initially telling me there is an issue with supply of the frame, my emails are now being ignored. I appreciate that sometimes issues are unavoidable but please communicate with customers or you’ll lose business. If you cannot supply what I’ve bought, please, please refund my £300. I simply can’t afford to spend another similar amount elsewhere until I get my money back. Such a shame as you seem to have lots of other happy customers. This has just left me feeling defrauded.
