Bought a shower through amazon within 6 months all the plastic fittings snapped and the shower fell of the wall damaging my bath. Amazon send message I have sent messages no reply. O one to talk to at amazon apart from chat and they just keep sendimg messages and telling me because there a 3rd party there is not much they can do. Not o ly am I having to buy a new one and pay for it to be fitted again but I cant even get a refund im having to go to trading standards now. Dont buy from this company there stuff is a safety hazard. And dont buy through amazon as they are really unhelpful and no one to talk to over the phone. This company should be band from selling on amazon and on ebay and should be investigated!!!

Item never arrived and no replies to any of my correspondence, had to chase my refund through amazon. Will not use this company again

Shower screen fell off my bath and landed on my 7 month old baby, nearly killing him! I contacted the company in October 2019 when the accident happened. IBath told me nothing was wrong with the item. They also then proceeded to tell me the item was installed upside down. Which it was not! Impossible and i asked for a copy of the instructions and had the plumber back to review. The top of the screen on the hinge is cheap plastic and had cracked due to the heavy door . Within months of installation. Hinge not fit for purpose. My boy ended up overnight in our local hospital due to his head injury. He was very lucky not to of been killed! The company finally agreed to cover costs of my damaged bath and screen and i was searching for a phone number to call the company as i have not had any correspondence back to find they are in Administration. This company is a complete joke. On investigation of the reviews of this shower screen on Amazon other customers had experienced the same that the door came off and this was an extremely dangerous product. I am now left with a damaged bath, and no screen. These boys were absolute cowboys! Angry is not the word just now!

DO NOT USE... IBath/Soak have went into adminstration! Bang goes my radiator at £150 which is being held by the courier company at the moment !

BEWARE
As a developer I bought several products in the past from the company in the past. we had issues with at least 50% of the items, either missing parts, faulty products, late delivery etc. customer service is appalling. messages sent via amazon which give the supplier 48 hours to respond take at least a week.

Damaged goods, poor service and complete lack of responsibility

This company is an absolute SCAM. Bought a radiator from them and 2 years later started rusting badly. They somehow said it was not their fault and not covered by a “10 year warranty”. When I reported them to Amazon, they agreed to replace the product. However it is out of stock and will let me know as soon as it comes back in stock. I have been contacting them regularly to check, no reply. This was more than a year ago! Do not buy from them!!! Can provide pictures and complete thread of communication with iBath as well as Amazon if needed.

How this company is still in business surprises me. I ordered a bath which was delivered damaged. I sent it back. Another bath was delivered, the wrong bath. I have finally taken delivery of the correct undamaged bath on a pallet - of which I was assured the first time. The company have now scheduled yet another delivery of the wrong bath. Their inefficiency and couldn't care less attitude does not make for good customer relations. Their delivery drivers were not surprised - they say it happens ALL THE TIME. Beware buyers this is not a company to trust

Brought chrome waterfall taps only to be fitted 4 weeks and they are fautly .they now want me to pay to have them removed send them back t get a refund or replacement ,then to have them fitted again .joke absolute joke why should I be out of pocket when they are at fault .stay well clear.Update AMAZON now won't me to buy new set have it refitted before I get a refund .DO NOT BUY FROM IBATH ON AMAZON AS THEY DON'T GIVE A CRAP ONCE THEY HAVE HAD YOUR MONEY .I WILL BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.

Recieved a vanity unit which was damaged. Even though it was a few weeks after delivery I recieved fantastic service.

I have since bought more off them...

I felt compelled to write a review after experiencing such poor customer service from these amateurs. Ordered a vanity unit which never materialised, and after waiting in all day. Their reply to the enquiring email I sent was; a person would speak to the "LOGISTICS TEAM", (seems like a misnomer to me) and then get back to me. Naturally they never did.
Untrustworthy and Unprofessional to the hilt.

I bought 3 of these towel rads 2.5 years ago and 9 months a go one of them sprung a hole flooding our house and 6 months turmoil creating £27000 insurance claim. Tonight the 2nd one has sprung a leek on the cross bar. This is in the spare bathroom and is very rarely used. Thank god I was in the kitchen below when water started pouring through the lights in the ceiling. I ran upstairs, disconnected it and placed it in the bath tub and lucky no real damage done but the rad was completely filled with corrosion. Every pipe and boiler in our house was brand new so no dirty pipes or corrosion on our part is to blame and they were filled with anti corrosion fluid. They look good BUT are a very bad product and will only last a couple of years.....!!!!!!!
C/S are terrible and no help or compensation, listed with a 10yr warranty which is rubbish... but would you want another anyway if they offered to you.. I am also replacing the 3rd before it also explodes.

My son purchased taps from this company in October 2016 with a 10 year warranty, Taps have now ceased to function due to rust. He contacted the company only to be told his contract is with Amazon as they delivered the taps. In fairness to Amazon they will give him his money back, Ibath still advertise a 10 year warranty with their products but will not honour this. Be warned!

This company is one of the best. I had a very bad builder and I had all ready got my bathroom items from this company in February this year. But the builder conned us out of 12000. 00 and had to be fired off site in July.
We then managed to get the detention going again but when we came to open the bathroom items the cistern lid was broken. I got back in touch with ibathuk a nd they have sent me a new cistern AND lid . After having a very bad year we are now moving on and ibatuk are one company who have helped us. Thankyou ibathuk you are great would recommend you very highly your goods are very nice too and the price is right.

I ordered through Amazon and the delivery was prompt and free. The radiator (which hasn’t been fitted yet) looks to be good quality. This company, however, have received three stars from me as the delivery courier simply left the parcel outside of my house- in full view- because no one was in. When I contacted Amazon about this, they passed my concerns on to the company, who responded with an incredibly patronising email which, amongst other things, stated that radiators are too large to be put through the letter box. Order with caution from this company as if your product goes missing, I am absolutely sure they will not accept responsibility and you, therefore, will be left severely out of pocket.

I READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS ONLY AFTER i ORDERED A 1200 X 800 SHOWER ENCLOSURE AND i WAS DEVASTATED AT WHAT i READ. i ASKED FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY AND PAID AN EXTRA £34.00 FOR IT AND WAS GIVEN A DELIVERY OF TWO TO THREE DAYS. i WAITED WITH SOME TREPIDATION FOR IT TO ARRIVE, I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG AS IT ARRIVED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN TWO BOXES. MY PLUMBERS WERE ALREADY ON SITE AND HAD IT FITTED AND READY FOR USE IN JUST OVER 3 HOURS. ALL PARTS WERE PRESENT AND IT FITTED PERFECTLY. THE COMMENT FROM MY PLUMBERS WAS IT WAS BETTER THAN THE ONE THEY COULD HAVE SUPPLIED AND AT £150.00 LESS TO BUY. MY WIFE SAID IT LOOKS FANTASTIC. WELL DONE IBATHUK FANTASTIC.

I was wary of buying on line, especially from this company, based on reviews from other customers. However, I took a chance and bought a vanity unit - good price - well wrapped - arrived on time - very pleased.
Based on that experience I then bought a designer radiator - good price - well wrapped and again it arrived on time. I mistakenly thought that the vent was missing so I contacted them and received an air vent within a couple of days - I also received a reply from someone called Vicky apologising for the problem - I then found the original air vent in the packaging so it was my own fault not theirs - I can only base my review on my experience and I have found them to be excellent - I'm now looking on their site for a shower enclosure.

Worst company I have ever used!!
Ordered a vanity unit, sink and toilet - the sink came twice smashed into little pieces. The sink had no protection around it whatsoever - I first spoke with one of their useless empoylees on the Wednesday when the second sink turned up smashed (again) He let me know it was too late in the day to order for next day delivery so it would be with me on Friday & he was going to have extra packaging and quality control the sink before it was sent - shock horror no sink turned up on Friday the guy hadn’t even ordered a replacement. Back on the phone to another useless employee - it will be out to you tomorrow. LOW AND BEHOLD they don’t deliever on a Saturday!!!! The most outrageous company I have ever dealt with. Still waiting for the sink. Wish I just ripped out the whole lot and handed it back to them. Unable to just order sink elsewhere as it only fits in the vanity. AVOID!!!!!

I bought a towel warmer from these cowboys in July 2017, and in June this year notices it was starting to corode. I contacted these charlatans, only to be consistently ignored.
Pay a little more and get proper customer service.

Your Customer service or accounts department is rubbish, dont know which one... I am yet to find out!. I have been trying to get a refund for the last 15 days and everytime I call I get a different message. No ownership, no consistency...they say " let find out from the accounts department and will send you an email to confirm"... never got the email and or " I am sending an email to the accounts department as we speak" ... rubbish it has been 15 days.
Dont understand what the problem is... i am £200 short.... NEVER NEVER again... i have been ordering items online for years and never had an experience like that!
