Still not recieved my order and cannot get a response 5 weeks after placing an order and paying.
I placed an order with Mirrorforyou on the 8th December 2019 - I received 3 emails confirming they had my order and then another email to say that they were waiting for the frame to arrive to finish the mirror on the 16th December. Since then I have sent 4 emails to ask the progress and had zero replies. I'm starting to think I have been scammed. I'm hoping this review might prompt a response, at the moment I am £348 out of pocket.. :( very unhappy customer..

Extremely pleased with my Mirror. High quality, and great customer service when I forgot to order additional LED lights they arranged pick up and added the lights and returned back to me.

Beautiful mirror - just what I was after!
Delivery took a while but it was well worth it. I loved the way I could build my mirror the way I wanted it. Great idea, beautiful designs. I’d definitely recommend and use these guys again.

I ordered a mirror which was delivered…
I ordered a mirror which was delivered from Poland promptly. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Following a call to customer services they arranged to collect and return the mirror and I was able to re-order the correct size. Good quality at a reasonable price.

Nice mirror. Poor delivery service.
The mirror is exactly what I was looking for and I am very pleased with it. I would have given another star had it not been a poor delivery service. The incorrect post code was originally put on the package label in Poland and it took many phone calls to the courier company in the UK to get it resolved. It took several weeks to actually get my mirror.

Very difficult
Very difficult, nigh impossible, to get through on the phone. If communication had been better, I might have avoided the option of dimmable led lights. The dimmer function simply has the somewhat irritating characteristic of allowing the lights to come on at full brightness (not all that bright, in spite of opting for 40% extra light) followed by a lowering of the brightness, then back to full brightness.
All attempts to lock onto a lower brightness have failed. I would not be inclined to recommend this option.

Ordered and paid for a mirror last week. Over £700. Have since tried calling and emailing them more than a dozen times. Phone number doesn’t work. And they are not responding to emails. Doesn’t fill me with confidence!!

We are very sorry that you could not get through to our Customer Service straight away. We do not have a large call centre that is able to deal with all the enquires immediately. The fact that you cannot speak to our assistants probably means that they are serving other customers. It is important for us to be available to our customers in case they require more information. unable to contact the company! mirror sensor is broken
The phone number they have shown here, is not working. Bought mirror which cost me 300 and sensor is broken , it has been on for 3 days.
I tried to call. Ph. +44 2037-697-848, it says.not a write number !
extremely dissapointed ... the shelf also missing.
