We bought a mirror for our bathroom in Aug 2017. We were initially pleased until the light on it began flickering (like Disco lights!). We contacted MirrorForYou and they duly replaced it for a new one. Second mirror was fitted onto the wall for us and within four months this one broke too.

Our electrician said when fitting the second mirror that a transformer for the first mirror would likely fix it. Would suggest that the electrical parts of the mirror are maybe not the best quality.

Wanted confirmation if they would replace this mirror and been waiting since June for a reply (a few chasers in the meantime). Reading some of the other reviews, seems the comms are as poor via email as they are by phone.

Sadly, with our experience, I'd have to say that the quality of their product is also poor, unless we've been unlucky (I hope we are because we always support small companies where possible). MirrorForYou are not helping themselves by not responding to their customers in a timely fashion.

A real shame because when the mirrors work they're excellent.

Do you have a working phone? You have responded to several reviewers going back several weeks/months that you are getting your phone line sorted. How hard can it be. The phone number listed on your website is simply not working which is preventing me from placing the order as I am worried like several other customers that I won't be able to contact you in case of an issue after placing the order! And you chat is a sham as no one responds there either.

Please could you share a working phone number where I can contact you?

Ordered a mirror on the 9th August (Order 32602), my order has been in "Actual Status: Realization" ever since. I've asked for an update and a delivery date several times but never get an answer on the delivery - so similar to other reviews. Also when I phone the CS number I get "..connection not available".

Ordered a mirror for a client before lockdown so was not unwrapped and left with client until able to start work again. Packaging was perfect but when unwrapped mirror has slight damaged near corner (no rough edges or anything so is a fault when manufactured). Mirror for you refuse to replace or even get someone to look at it. Very unsatisfactory and will not be dealing with them again. These are difficult times and we should all be working together. Have also asked 3 times in the past for a VAT invoice - still not recieved it.!!!

I am really pleased with my led mirror bathroom cabinet, it was packaged very well, and delivered on its own small pallet, the quality of construction and materials used is exceptional, The overall effect in the bathroom is amazing.

Good service when ordering, but then my emails were ignored when querying the wait time. Took just over 6 weeks (customised) and my builders had left and had to return to connect and install the cabinet.

Mirror is amazing, well packaged + beautiful. Knocked a mark off as poor communication, phone line never answered + long waiting time for product. Is not a UK product despite name.

I've already written a review last week asking for an update on my order and have emailed and called since but no response.

Please confirm update and delivery date of order 32507 which was placed 1st July.

Had difficulty contacting this company for an order update. However, delivery was a reasonable 21 days. The mirror is of good quality and looks well. Fixings are of poor quality....but a good value service.

Really nice mirror made to the size required. Looks good in our bathroom. The mirror was well packed and arrived as expected. Would definitely recommend this company to others

Is any of you getting a response from them? I've emailed, tried to call (the call doesn't get through for some reason), tried the live chat and nothing!
I'd really love to buy from them but honestly, they don't make it easy or doable at all.

Very helpful as always, this is the fourth delivery, even through these troubled time.

Order number 32548

We had an email notifying us our order processing at 15th July and we have had no further update on delivery, please can we have an update. We have tried calling and emailing with no response.

I am still waiting for a £479 refund from this company for a mirror ordered on 6th june. This was for a product that was falsely advertised. I have had very little communication from them and it is a large sum of money. It is not fair! Would love to know what is going on!!!

Ordered mirror end of June, money was taken on the 30th and last update said order cancelled on the 6th July (who knows why) can't get hold of anyone have emailed 3 times, still no reply, avoid company. Now gotta chase my bank to claim money back.

UPDATE
In regards to your reply, when the order was originally placed, the order went through but payment wasn't taken for whatever reason your end. I then got an email with a link to process it again. I can't remeber if we followed the link or made a new purchase but this time used the PayPal service which wasn't available originally on payment page. This order again went through but money taken on the 30th of July so not buying your story. Also the fact that I have the email to say work on our unique mirror had commenced on the 3rd July and next email I get (which I didn't get) would be with delivery details. It was only then, when I hadn't heard anything that I checked the link in the 3rd's email (on check your progress link) to find it was cancelled on the 6th of July nealry a week after payment was taken. So why wasn't a payment couldn't be processed email sent like the first failed attempt, that was generated within 24 hours? Sounds like you're talking rubbish to try and cover up a poor service from a bad company.

Website was brilliant and very user friendly - found the mirror I wanted and ordered, paying via PayPal and all was good. That was 09.07.20 and I cannot get a reply or any contact with the company regarding delivery date or a technical query. Please update me on my order 32529 - delivery was expected this week and I am starting to worry
