Well to start with. I’m 67 years old. 5’5, 145 lbs. I have a new hip 2 years ago. Both ankles have been reconstructed. And I love to mountain bike. I had to switch to an ebike (Ari, Wire Peak Pro) because of the obvious. Love it! I recently changed my cranks from 160 Shimano to 150 Praxis. It made quite a difference. I can spin faster. Which makes it easier for climbing. I’m glad I did. Whatever it takes to make my riding more enjoyable.

Absolute stellar experience and end product even better. Can't tell you how annoyed I was at myself for not spending just a little more over the crap on amazon. Was honestly going through them almost every time I would have to take off a crank, would strip out or something similar. Finally decided it was enough and spent the extra for these. Wish I had sooner.

Edit: November 9, 2025. A little under a month later, I have to change my review, as the little assembly they have to keep the bolt attached to the crank has broken and fallen off somewhere along my travels.still functional sure, but potentially an issue and headache if the bolt was to back out now. Kind of sucks
