You ordered your parts to be collected from ourselves on the 23rd of September, we emailed you the same day letting you know the parts had been picked ready for you to collect.
You did not reply to us until 02/10/2024, asking why we had not shipped the part that you had ordered to be collected, we then replied to you within the hour to inform you that this part was still waiting for you to collect, as you had requested.
I am unsure how much more we could have done for you.
I will arrange for you to receive a full refund for this part straight away.

Inner door fitted, but it was a lucky guess.
I was looking for a replacement inner glass door for an Electriq Dual Fuel oven. The part had the right width x height, but no thickness measurement, and the compatible parts list did not include my oven. I sent a query to check compatibility, but am still waiting for a reply!
I had to take a risk that it would fit, and ordered it anyway after waiting several days for a reply.
The door itself arrived the next day, very well packed. Fortunately it fitted perfectly and easily.

managed to find what i needed for my fridge-freezer after much searching .. as Minerva provided the dimensions for the item so i was sure what i was getting fitted .. and it did.

The part was delivered on time. It was the right part, a ice box cover for a fridge. One point is that it would be great if there was a customer phone number besides a customer info email.
